Would you have opportunity to eat the second half later in the morning?

Not2bObvious · 13/11/2019 16:51

Unexpected totm here despite no break from pill, with it has come the munchies. Having a few wheat crackers to stave off the worst of it. Had to have early dinner as kids have to be ferried to activity & I couldn’t wait til near 7 to eat. Torrential rain here, this is going to be a horrible drive, was the same last week

Oh aye. I eat at my desk all the time.
Boo not. Allow yourself a few extra though

Not2bObvious · 13/11/2019 18:54

Just had an almond mince pie, hmm not as nice as I thought it would be. I still have just over 300 left so that’s a positive. Home now, pjs on, cuppa in hand☺️

Stuck to cals last night, think I was under by 2. Sts again this morning so my average is down 2.1lb on last Sunday but as we all know that can change very easily between Friday and Sunday. Doubt I’ll get out for a walk today as piddling rain.

Pound up. Treated myself to two biscuits yesterday as my consultant said I was cured (joking) and he doesn't want to see me for eight months Grin

Happierwithouthim · 14/11/2019 08:08

Down 1.3lbs today, I was bloated up to then, toilet issue Blush
Went to circuits last night and really enjoyed it, calorie burn wasn't huge, don't know if it's my fitbit or me!

Finished bang on calories last night
Dinner was a two part affair - Filo wrapped prawns with sweet chilli sauce after class & prior to putting away the shopping, and then a slimster square with a soft cheese square and ham(like a mini toastie) afterwards watching Emmerdale.

Bought 5 kvarg yogurts & a bag of Lizi's protein granola & lots of berries so that's 10am snack sorted for 5 days. Want to hit my protein and fibre going forward now that I've the cals under control somewhat.

Happierwithouthim · 14/11/2019 08:09

Good result from consultant wreck Star

Not2bObvious · 14/11/2019 08:23

Nice loss happier, good shopping too.
That’s brilliant wreck

Happierwithouthim · 14/11/2019 08:35

not Lizi's is a definite treat it's €5 per 350g bag I'll probably use 25g servings for 112cals making 14 servings out of a bag approx 36c, if you were eating it by the bowl it's expensive Shock

Not2bObvious · 14/11/2019 08:56

Ahh yeah but if you enjoy it and it keeps you on plan, it’s well worth it. I had a 2 finger kit Kat thing there, my reasoning was it was better to have a little of what I want rather than eating more toast and eventually hitting the vending machine. I hope my reasoning is sound! We shall see

I would use that rational sometimes too not and obsessing about it could lead to a binge Grin

Happierwithouthim · 14/11/2019 10:37

It was delicious and I'm full Grin

Not2bObvious · 14/11/2019 11:35

Found a cuppa soup in my bag, lifesaver! Going to be a hungry day, roll on lunchtime. It’s stopped raining at least so I can get a brisk walk in before I eat my lunch. Today’s going to be about managing the hunger

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/11/2019 12:21

I'm thinking about my lunch too - another 40 mins to go, I could take a spoon of tuna mix out of the tub though to keep me going Hmm

Not2bObvious · 14/11/2019 12:31

You’re on the same wavelength as me, I’m contemplating having some of mine. Although having a few spoons of cold spag Bol might raise some eyebrows! I think I’ll go for my walk a bit earlier than usual, can’t take sitting here feeling like this. Damn totm and damn cold weather

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 14/11/2019 19:41

Used up my banked calories from earlier in the week, it could have been much worse though! First totm in around 3 months and it really affected me, I think I’m going to have to send myself to bed before I eat all the chocolate. Bit low on steps but can’t get out now, blooming freezing

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 14/11/2019 20:10

I would have the small amount of what I fancy and be satisfied.

Walked about 3 steps today as in car to Sheffield for 2 hours, 6 hours in a conference and 2 hours back. Food was provided but it was beige and calorific. DS bought me my fav chocolate to share.
Going to write off today and be on plan tomorrow

Great losses there

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/11/2019 06:25

Unsurprisingly up by a couple of lb today.

Not2bObvious · 15/11/2019 07:03

Down .4, down 1.4 since last Friday - be nice to see the same weight on Monday again like last week.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 15/11/2019 07:36

Sts today
over by 30 cals & I hit my protein goal yesterday Grin

Not sure if it's my fitbit or me - cal burn for circuits class/pilates class 118cals - 45 mins each, 15 min walk stroll with dog and dc 169cals yesterday Hmm

Lovely food today - bacon & egg with avocado in a slimster square for breakfast, kvarg with raspberries/blueberries & lizi's protein granola for 10am, ciabatta with pesto/ham/tomato/sundried tomato/cheese square toasted for lunch with some melon cubes, dinner possibly chicken or paprika steak burgers [mmm]

Happierwithouthim · 15/11/2019 07:36

Excellent not
life yesterday was unavoidable

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/11/2019 07:40

It was and I'm ok with that.
Fit bit calories burn doesn't sound accurate to me. Especially if you got a sweat on from circuit class.

Will get most steps today but will get very wet doing so.
Fbw at lunch. Going to work in my gym kit so I have to go #scruffer

Wolfcub · 15/11/2019 08:02

Pilates yesterday. Down a bit this morning but still up iyswim - overall three pounds down in 3 days so that was some bloat/carb horror going on there

Happierwithouthim · 15/11/2019 08:16

I'm going to push myself a lot harder at Circuits next week and see if it makes a difference to it. I know it's not accurate anyhow but I don't want it to be out by 50% either.

Saw myself in mirror before bath last night, didn't like what I saw so I need to get my finger out well and truly out.
