Up .6 - no big deal. Did a jog/walk/upper body dumbbell workout so a good start to the weekend. Just over 8,300 steps done.

Ds's party went incredibly well yesterday, my first one to have at home.

I call a STS really & happy with that too.

Going to get up now and walk the dog as she didn't get walked yesterday & she's calling out to me Grin

Down .2 this morning. Went to bed early last night as exhausted and also to stop the munching. Managed to stay just under cals, it more likely within them - just remembered a few licks of spoon while baking yesterday afternoon. Awake since 5am, got up at 6am to watch a live (dunno if anyone else following team rh watches baking el?) and did my ironing at the same time.
Enjoying a cuppa and a browse on my phone. Going to be a long day with such an early start

I’m assuming you mean you don’t have time life? I’ve too much time on my hands, used to work long hours and travel a lot. These days between working 4 days over 5 and kids being older, time is plentiful esp when I’m awake most days by 6am. Always trying to find things to fill the hours

Still feeling rough, but I did manage to see a loss this week, so now weigh 77.4kgs, which is ok.

Fell asleep around 8.30 last night, awake since 4.30😩 Just put a wash on and might do a walkie talkie. Going to work early so I can leave early but it’s a bit too early to head over yet. Haven’t weighed in yet so no idea if I have Sunday bloat to start the week. I went over my weekly cals by 14, although I’m sure I missed a few bits over the course of the week but I did make a conscious effort not to pick when making lunches or disposing of dinners. Going to set myself my 6 week weight loss goal once I know where I stand

Back to Fridays weight which is 3.6lb lighter than last Monday. So I’m starting the 6 weeks at 164.8 - my target is 5.4lb down by Christmas week. So 10lb from start to end of the 7 weeks.
It’s only a bit of bloat life & wreck, you’ll see it gone in a day or 2.

That’s a great idea happier, isn’t it crazy though that there’s only 50 days til 2020! When I was a young one, that sounded light years away. Today’s gone well, going to treat myself to a fancy mince pie if himself can find them in the shop. It’s something that’s grown on me as I got older, like cabbage and sprouts! Pity I couldn’t grow to dislike crisps/chocolate/wine, I’d be like a rake

Actually probably under estimated lunch. I had 4 triangle sandwiches from those Platter things of different types. Tuna sweetcorn, chicken and bacon, ham salad and...... Can't remember. Picked wholemeal bread and ignored the pud.
