Morning everyone.
Weight is down today, 12s1lb.

Had a lovely day with dd2 yesterday, just shopping and talking.
Steps yesterday 14218
Food yesterday
B- weetabix and coffee
L- greggs vegan steak bake
Snack- costa, coconut flat white and a piece of rocky road.
D- pitta breads, big salad and hummus, then a small choc bar and coffee.
Remembered to take my water bottle with me yesterday, so lots of water and got costa to refill it.

Hope you all have a lovely Sunday!

Kettlebell and yoga done. I just did a 25 minute kettlebell as it's the first time I've done it in about seven months.

northender · 12/01/2020 11:21

Well done wreck Kettlercise is great for changing shape. I did Meta power which is a 20 minute circuit, flat out all the way. It was hard but good.

Not2bObvious · 12/01/2020 11:23

Will done on your losses.
It better bloody hadn't rain if all this effort is going into a summer body

Wolfcub · 12/01/2020 12:44

Breakfast bacon sandwich. Lunch cup-a-soup and buttered ryvitas

Happierwithouthim · 12/01/2020 12:56

Thrilled not the simple things repeated daily, going to try keep reminding myself it doesn't have to be big stuff

Happierwithouthim · 12/01/2020 12:56

Brunch sausage sandwich on be good bread with real butter but reduced sugar/salt ketchup

Not2bObvious · 12/01/2020 13:13

Absolutely happier, consistency not necessarily perfection is much more sustainable & over time successful. More chance of keeping it off too.

northender · 12/01/2020 13:22

Well done happier yep, consistency and forming new habits

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/01/2020 15:56

Bah today has been rubbish. Felt wobbly at the gym so had a peanut bar. Broke the sweet barrier and it's gone down from there. Bollocks

Happierwithouthim · 12/01/2020 19:32

Just one day life reset reset reset

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/01/2020 21:29

Thanks happier. I managed 6 out of 7 ish. Win from last week

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/01/2020 07:07

Up today but no surprises. I clearly can't be trusted to have any shite. Wfh today so not many steps

Happierwithouthim · 13/01/2020 07:22

Up also, I'd a scoop of icecream, meringue nest, a fibre 1 popcorn bar and packet of pom bears over my cals. 164.9 from 163.3 yesterday. I haven't recorded it, will record tomorrow's weight no matter what it says though as I think I won't be weighing on Sun morn.

northender · 13/01/2020 07:45

Sorry you've both had negative weighs today, daily weighing definitely not for me, although I do understand the logic behind it. If I'm weighing regularly then I do it first thing on a Friday morning on the clinic scales at work so I've had time to negate the weekend! At the moment I'm in a challenge at our gym, so it's a Thursday. Just deciding what class to do today.

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/01/2020 08:08

I know it's totally my fault and I step on the scale thinking how much up as I know it's inevitable.
I've booked an Easter holiday so need to focus more as will be buying swimwear

Wolfcub · 13/01/2020 09:25

Where are you going at Easter Life?

I was up this morning but I hadn't "been" so not sure that's an accurate reflection

Happierwithouthim · 13/01/2020 09:42

wolf that has a big bearing on it, I was the same as that, Sunday I wouldn't concentrate on fibre & water as much as other days

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/01/2020 10:01

Spain for a week. Just a cheapish week away. Looking at France for the summer.

Movements defo affect the scales
