89cals over yesterday, thought it was worse.

Only 280cals left for today and there's a lot of the night left, plus I'm doing the grocery shopping, I will be over.

Making corn beef hash for tea. I did accidentally eat a few small Christmas figures but given I was also wfh (and in the kitchen) it could have been worse! I am swimming in tea though.

I didn't succumb to poor choices when grocery shopping either - I've chicken fillets, chicken sausages, turkey mince, steak, bacon medallions, high fibre bread, eat lean cheese, fibre one bars, veg, salad, frozen protein stir fry, kvarg yogurts, 0% fage yogurts, protein granola

Got a walk with dog after grocery shopping, only had 30 mins but it got done, Fitbit died while out so didn't record all my steps Sad

Did well with steps last week goal was 40k

Hi, morning!
Was so tired yesterday, didn't post and hardly looked at my phone, which I guess is good.
So yesterday weight was 12s1lb, steps were 15900.
Food was good, cereal for breakfast, coffee.
Lunch- lentil and sweet potato curry, an orange and an alpro chocolate dessert.
Dinner- vegan spag bol and then cake and custard, had to use up the cake before it went off! And then a coffee.

Weight today 12s.

Did a quick weights workout when I woke, I’d say I’ll be aching tomorrow. Up .2 this morning but still down .9 already on Sundays average.
That sucks wolf, probably the chocs, I get that sometimes after sugary food. It’ll even out with another few days on track

Cuppa soup, slice of toast (doorstop) and apple for lunch.

Lots of warm water with a dash of cordial drunk and a couple of cups of tea.

Food
B - weetabix and coffee
Snack - 1 breadstick with a bit of hummus and then another coffee
L - lentil and sweet potato curry, an apple and yogurt.
S - coffee and oreo thins (we had a staff meeting, so needed it to keep me going!)
D - vegan shepherds pie, mixed veg and gravy.
Lots of water today too.
Still so tired so heading to bed.

Both but mostly food in the house. I'm developing a very expensive bacon roll habit as I walk past the bakers.

I've been musing eating the same food breakfast and lunch in the week and taking a multi vitamin.
