Oh definitely, will be good to have something warm when I'm back at work, especially as I'm outside this week!

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/01/2020 07:45

Looks lovely, what is it?

Down today even though I had Chinese and matlteasers. Must be because I didn't eat much in the day. Only 8500 steps too

Not2bObvious · 05/01/2020 09:43

Average down by .4 for the week, very pleased with that esp as I was still in holiday mode from last Sunday to Tuesday. Only really had 3 days on track, as I went over by a fair bit last night. I know it’s an excuse but have totm and in the horrors, so did a fair amount of eating feelings as was safer than telling everyone around me to feck off. Got up early and jogged for 40 and walked for 40 so I have just over 10,500 done. Coffee in hand after a shower

+2lbs average this week
Sts from yesterday, 3 x 0% ciders contributing to the bloat plus a 1am chicken legend from McDonald's Grin

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 05/01/2020 12:04

life, its lentil and sweet potato curry.
Weight sts.
Today will be spent getting everything ready for back to work and school tomorrow. Most of it is done, just need to charge my ipad, and get my bag ready.
The dcs have all their stuff sorted already.

I'm also going to sort out my clothes for the week.

Wolfcub · 05/01/2020 12:43

Thanks for the link Life.

I have officially gained 5lb over the Christmas period. Aim is to lose that again before the end of Jan and then another 5lb at least before the holiday at the start of April as that would put me within the next stone bracket

Happierwithouthim · 05/01/2020 13:22

Wolf some of that gain is bloatedness hopefully & getting back to regular food & water will help flush it out.
I gained 3.7lbs, I have zero regrets I didn't eat for sake of eating but was just out of routine

Not2bObvious · 05/01/2020 13:31

I agree with happier, some of that will be bloat for sure wolf
I gained 2.8, now down to 2.4 - hope to see the back of it by the end of the month. This is the least I’ve ever gained over the Christmas/New Year period so that’s progress at least.
Having diner takeaway lunch as I just cannot summon the energy to cook. Have to cook the chicken I defrosted but that’ll be dinner for tomorrow now.

Hi wolf, nice to have you back with us.

WreckTangled · 05/01/2020 13:37

Hiiii! I'm back to exercising and need to be here to ensure I don't give up again. My Fitbit is back on and I realised I stopped exercising at the end of July. I've done four days of yoga and have done weights 3 out of the past 4 days. Today was a beginner cardio with weights and just look how unfit I am! My muscles are so sore but it's just reminded me how good I got before and I want to get back there again.

Hope you're all ok and had a good Christmas

Hi Wreck, well done on getting back to it!

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/01/2020 16:12

Hey, welcome back guys.

Lots of pastry eaten today. 7800 steps so far around a museum. Got gym planned for this week but steps will be shite tomorrow as WFH

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/01/2020 18:28

Mmmm apple crumble and custard

Not2bObvious · 05/01/2020 19:17

Jeez life, you’re not helping my resolve to eat no more today😂
Only a smidge over cals, cut my burger in half & weighed 100gr of fries so that gave me room for another snack. Still peckish though, hence the drooling over pastry/crumble/custard 😋
Kitchen closed, and off to the upstairs as it’s safer

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/01/2020 21:17

Sorry not. I need to be more like you and super awesome at this.

Wolfcub · 05/01/2020 21:50

Life I'm working from home tomorrow too but one thing I do to be less sedentary is to pace around when I'm on some calls, not all because I often do emails whilst on calls (and sometimes get caught out not listening) but it stops the chair getting glued to my substantial ass.

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/01/2020 06:10

Up today, now need to stop pissing about and do this properly again.

Me too wolf. No calls tomorrow though except the one I lead. I will focus on food

WreckTangled · 06/01/2020 06:49

My weight is up too. But I'm guessing that's because I have started exercising again and haven't been to the loo since Friday

Just going to do the yoga today and give my muscles a rest from weights.

Wolfcub · 06/01/2020 07:03

Sts. This thread refuses to appear in threads I'm on which explains how I lost you all in the first place.

WreckTangled · 06/01/2020 07:10

Oh I had that with another thread wolf. Was so annoying, I added it to my watched threads in the end

Not2bObvious · 06/01/2020 07:21

I meant my comment as lighthearted life, clearly it didn’t come across as that so apologies for any offence.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 06/01/2020 07:47

I got that not. I wasn't upset. Obv I didn't want you to be either. It's all good.

Not2bObvious · 06/01/2020 07:51

Good I’m glad you’re not upset

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 06/01/2020 08:56

Nah, takes more than that to upset me.

Had fun with calipers yesterday and had a bash at body fat measuring. Can't remember the suggested % though. Can anyone?

Mines the most in the family. Skinny beggars. Obv the dc are technically too young but that didn't stop them gloating. Maybe living like a preteen is the way to go

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/01/2020 12:44

If anyone is interested
