Today's weight is 0.6lbs less than my average so I'm taking that as a positive.
I've 32.3lbs to get to my goal. Less than a pound a week.
I'm setting a goal of 8000 steps average per day which is achievable but will still take effort. At 22k so far on day 3, it'll be harder when I'm back at work but not impossible
This beautiful dog will be walked by me at least 5 times per week.
Water - finished yesterday on 3.1 litres
Cals - 1500/1600

Not & life great scales results

Thanks curvy is your health back 100% now

I've walked dog & listened to Trisha & Dan podcast & I've also discovered The other side of perfect too & enjoyed that too.

In my freezer I've got salmon chicken & in fridge steak so I know dinners will be on track too. Think I'm going to do up some portions of veg for a few days too & get to Iceland and buy some steamfresh portions for lunches at work. I'm so lazy with veg

Not2bObvious · 03/01/2020 14:25

That’s great happier, nice to see the average go down again. I’ve been shopping (again!) new runners, new ankle boots but I brought back other stuff during the week so I’m ahead on the spends. I actually have loads of food in my freezer, I just need to plan it into dinners instead of constantly buying more.
No run or actual walk bar a bit of jogging on the spot when doing a few bits and then my shopping walking. Still close to 9,000 steps, not too bad. But in my jammies now😬

Happierwithouthim · 03/01/2020 16:20

Ooh nice afternoon for you
I've been in town with the dc who both needed two pairs of runners each Shock
Benefit is I'm at almost 12000 steps Grin
And they're both in great form too

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/01/2020 17:20

Happier yes I'm back to 100%, well I think I am!
Have been decluttering, your posts on the another thread helped. I'm also on a housekeeping/decluttering thread and its going well.
The amount of crap I'm getting rid of is unbelievable!
Ex would always want to keep everything.
Its bloody liberating!

Anyway steps rubbish 4945 so far, but have worked up a sweat just sorting things and giving everything a good clean and I go.
Lots of water today, yoghurt and seeds for breakfast, lunch was toast and some fruit.
Not sure what dinner will be yet.

Happierwithouthim · 03/01/2020 17:40

Curvy I'm going to try marry those decluttering tips with going from room to room & eliminating stuff. Mantra do I love/need this enough to pack it & move it twice?
Some stuff will be labelled for bought house & not unpacked at next house eg turkey roasting tray (900g turkey breast this year but who knows maybe I'll feed a crowd again in the future!)

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/01/2020 17:49

11400 steps as running late so got a lift home. Fbw done. Need to do some squeezes later.
Food ok but going to a BBQ and only have 500 left as I forgot about it.

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/01/2020 17:50

I'm reading the one a day thread and it's inspired me too. We are ok clutter wise but they're are still danger zones. Bills from 2002?

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/01/2020 17:51

*as I go!
Happier that is a good mantra.
Hope you have good storage in the new house?
I'm so bloody happy for ya, you so deserve to be happy x

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/01/2020 17:54

Come and join in life, I'm going to see if I can get rid of 2020 items in the year. I'm on 277 so far.

Not2bObvious · 03/01/2020 19:41

Must look for that thread, the clutter is taking over here
Around 40 cals over, not dreadful macros, just over 11,000 steps. Kitchen is closes

This is the thread not, hope I've done it right!

Not2bObvious · 03/01/2020 21:41

Thanks curvy, the link works. Oh gosh, when I think of how much stuff and how little of it is used I feel like crying. But I have to get started, we’ve all amateur hoarder tendencies in this house

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/01/2020 21:56

Yay!
That's the spirit not, just get it gone!
My aim is to have a home that I can actually walk around in properly and not have to move a million things just to hoover the edge of the carpets. Its getting there, slowly but surely. Just today I have got rid of 4 rubbish size sacks an old toy chest and a three drawer plastic storage thing.
It feels really really good!

Not2bObvious · 04/01/2020 07:23

Down 1.2, average down .2
At last it feels like the tug boat is turning

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 04/01/2020 08:04

0.3 down. Will do a guess of tea last night as it was delicious BBQ lamb

Not2bObvious · 04/01/2020 09:09

I think bbq is pretty good for diet. It’s the coleslaw, potato salad & garlic bread I have with it that doesn’t help😂
Just finished an hour long walkie talkie, 6,500 steps, that’s a good start to the day. Looking forward to my brekkie when himself wakes up. Oh to be able to sleep for hours! That being said I did get 7 decent hours last night, Fitbit said my sleep quality was good. Glad I didn’t have wine

Happierwithouthim · 04/01/2020 11:39

+0.2lbs
Water was low, carbs were high yesterday
Out & about shopping for dc & at Panto

Today will be a better day

Bbq itself is good it's the yummy extras Wink

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/01/2020 12:08

There were only papaya in ginger, mango with parsley, mixed Beans in a vinaigrette dressing type thing, BBQ butternut squash.
The family have 15 allergies between them so easy very clean. No bread, potato, pasta, rice.

Was lush

Not2bObvious · 04/01/2020 12:21

That sounds like the most diet friendly bbq ever life, what a delicious selection - I feel healthier just reading the list! Cajun salmon with green beans for me tonight, maybe some mini rosti to go with it. Looking forward to it. Dropping one child off to a play date, might walk to the shops then to get the rest of my steps in

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 04/01/2020 15:55

life, that bbq sounds brilliant!
Weight today went back down.

Still sorting through lots of crap today.

Dinner will be lentil and sweet potato curry.

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/01/2020 16:42

It was beautiful. They have it shit with all the allergies but my word.

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/01/2020 17:59

No tracking today as didn't really eat until lunch. Chinese for tea.
8k steps as been decluttering.
Pondering gym tomorrow morning

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 04/01/2020 20:17

So this was my dinner tonight. I followed a BBC good food recipe and it said it would serve 2, well I have enough left for at least 2 lunches and another dinner!
It was lovely though!

I love the bbc good food recipes, great to get one with comments - you see the tweaks. Made a cake recently and just before making the icing I found the comments, turned out the recipe had a big mistake meaning 2 times plus the required amount. Or you’ll get the input of what to add to make the difference. No hardship having an extra meal or 3 to freeze eh? 😉
