Pizza express isn't too bad as the bases are thin.
2 down today so bloat reducing. Going to Zumba and pump today as the only ones I can get to before Friday.

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/12/2019 13:41

Well the gym was a fucking disaster. Hardly broke a sweat in Zumba as frightened of niggling injuries. Left pump in the first third of the second track as hip and back hurting. Just feel totally out of sorts and quite down today. Hip is sore, PF feels out of kilter.
Food ok ish.

Not2bObvious · 28/12/2019 13:54

You did the right thing life, you’ve got to mind your body, it pays to listen to its warnings. I’m feeling lazy today, just marching on the spot, not far off my 10,000
I could just eat & eat too😩

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 28/12/2019 17:13

I know not but it has pissed me off. I will do my squeezes and sort my food out for Friday when the new time table starts.
Done over 10k steps today and have 700 left for Yule log later so all is not lost

Not2bObvious · 28/12/2019 18:18

I know it totally sucks, hopefully you’ll be back to your best soon and can smash your workouts like normal. No wine tonight, over 15,000 steps, 10 done at home, the other 5 with a walk around my neighbourhood. Hoping to see a scale drop tomorrow

Down 2’ish this morning, pizza bloat gone. So I input all my weights this week and my average is 2.8 up from last Sunday, I think that’s just fine. Hoping to see half of that gone by next Sunday.
Not sure what I’ll do today, toying with the idea of bringing the teen shopping this morning. Not that either of us need much but the younger one needs clothes & we’re her personal shoppers since she hates shopping. Hmm, I’ll decide before 10am

Sts today but still up. Sore hip today.
Will get our for a walk today and do a bit of cleaning and tidying

Not2bObvious · 30/12/2019 08:00

Down .6 this morning. Awake since just after 4am so got up at 6 and went for an hours jog. Extremely mild here so it was quite pleasant apart from being pitch black. Showered and waiting for the girls to get up so we can go shopping, littler one has been persuaded to come pick her own clothes - well that’s what she agreed to last night, see how she feels this morning. Have my 10,000 in the bag, going to aim for 15,000 a day this week since I’m off work. Haven’t decided what to do about cals

Not your commitment to activity is astounding. I woke at 5am & made sure I slept again Grin

Normality resumes with food today

Scales said 166.4 so not recording that Grin

Gym membership is out tomo so myself & dc will go for one last swim. Then I'll dust off the weights that I bought & do them& walk/run with dog as my exercise going forward

Life hope hip is a bit better today

Sorting mountain of laundry now, then going to dump with rubbish, visiting my nan & taking dc to a diff local cinema €5.50 each on Mondays. They can take in some of their selection boxes & I'll buy them popcorn. I'll take a pack of Pom bears & bottle of water.

Just bored off my biscuit this morning and thought a jog would pass the time😂 Blooming knackered now though and I’ve eaten a LOT. Think I’ll go for a nap, otherwise I’ll be in bed by 8 and awake at 4 again.
You can do loads without needing the gym happier, save a few bob

I'm out until Thursday.
No self restraint. Out of routine.

Happierwithouthim · 30/12/2019 15:07

I've got everything I need just need the discipline & I'll be fine.

Happierwithouthim · 30/12/2019 15:37

Life I'm struggling but hoping I can conquer it, going to grocery shopping this evening to make the best choices

Not2bObvious · 30/12/2019 16:15

Relax, it’ll be grand. We’re all doing this AGES, we’ll be back on track in a few days. Doesn’t always have to be perfect

Not so true StarStarStar

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/12/2019 19:15

Totally true not.
You can do this happier.

It's 10 days for the rest of the year. I will be back on track Thursday. Until then not going to be hard on myself.

Booked my summer holiday 2 week for 3 August. Will be pool based somewhere hot.

Happierwithouthim · 30/12/2019 21:10

Excellent life something to look forward to

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 30/12/2019 21:31

Hi all, I have been a bit poorly for the last two days and couldn't really eat, the upside to that is my weight this morning was 12st dead! But, but I know that isn't really a true account.

Hope your hip is better life
I like that poster Not!
Happier, you've got this, just take it a day at a time, and remember we've got you!

Not2bObvious · 30/12/2019 21:44

Poor you curvy, hope you’re feeling much better. If you couldn’t eat for a couple of days, some of that loss would be genuine, get plenty of fluid in though - staying hydrated is majorly important when poorly.
Ooh I love booking a holiday, came dangerously close to booking a mad holiday for 2021 but realised in the wee hours after a bit more research (kind of why I couldn’t sleep!) I’d be bonkers to do it. Have an Easter break booked a few months now, and possibly a long weekend with bestie but that’s not definite. Talking about doing a few days down Cork/Kerry to revisit some childhood memories but we’ll see. Can’t believe 2019 is just about done🥳

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 30/12/2019 21:59

Maybe Not, maybe!
And thank you, yes I was drinking lots of water, still am and I've managed to eat a little today.

lifelongfrugaleer · 31/12/2019 07:26

I've realised I've got Easter fortnight booked off. Might go youth hostelling again.
DH wants to go to New York but that's £££

Haven't booked summer yet though do could forgo my pool.
First world problems and all that.

Hope you feel better soon curvy. And some of that stays off.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 31/12/2019 07:33

Life, is youth hostelling fun and safe? Its something I was thinking about, but as a single mum with a 14 and 9 year old, just a little cautious, I guess.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 31/12/2019 07:34

And thank you life, I'm feeling better.

lifelongfrugaleer · 31/12/2019 10:49

Yes it's safe curvy. Most are taken up by families now. You will have to have a private room as the DC are young.
Wolf went alone with her DS last year who is about 10 I think.

Where in the country are you and I will see if there are any we have done near you. Or where would you want to go,?

Not2bObvious · 31/12/2019 10:54

Up a bit this morning, salty/carby food yesterday. Awake since 6, got some food prep done for tomorrow and collected some online shopping, got some M&S food bargains. Washing bed linen so I can wake in a fresh bed on the new year. Sorely tempted to take decorations down but think yet the rest of them will object. Too much tech in my house this last week, me included. Need a phone detox
