Thanks guys.

Not 4 foot 8! Yes she is tall.

We just carry on.
I don't want her to have special treatment because there are many children who have higher needs, but at the same time I don't want her to be forgotten, you know.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 15/12/2019 13:27

Thanks life

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/12/2019 18:49

So in a bid to be frugal I used to the dates from my Christmas pudding. Date flap Jack I can take or leave. Date cake with gingerbread ice cream le yum X2.

I might just leave the thread until 27 December....Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/12/2019 06:09

Unsurprisingly up today.

Not2bObvious · 16/12/2019 06:30

Up today by 2 but only .8 on Friday which I’ll take as a success. Great day yesterday and if I hadn’t got a chinese on the way home I would have been on target cals wise but as it is, I went over by 500. Average back up by 1lb - I’m tempted not to record it, it’s just flux

Morning all!

Weight this morning sts, as was yesterday.
Steps yesterday 15435.

Last week at work, it has been a long term, can't wait for Friday!

Have a good day, everyone.

Not2bObvious · 16/12/2019 07:11

Decided to record it, better to have the record than deny it (I’d have denied it if it were 4lb up!)
Might be stuck at home as my smaller girl isn’t well, I’m hoping it’s a cold but temp & stomach aches throughout the night, rubbish sleep & a minor white wine headache. 2 slices of buttery toast have barely touched the sides! I’ll probably have work some hours up to Christmas Eve but it’ll still be nice knowing there’s a few days off after.

Not2bObvious · 16/12/2019 12:47

Oh dear, I am starving today. I haven’t gone mad but I’m starting to think I need to eat something decent & stop grazing. Tummy is gurgling so loud it’s embarrassing! Only me and my dd to hear it thankfully.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 16/12/2019 14:08

I've got a headache today. It's probably lack of sugar. The gym at 515 is looking unlikely

Not2bObvious · 16/12/2019 15:48

I’m bringing other one to activity, going to get a coffee & maybe something sweet to go with it. Sorry you’ve a headache too life, at least yours isn’t cause you’re a wino unlike me😩

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 16/12/2019 17:54

Hi all
For once I'm in a big deficit, my tummy just felt off from lunchtime yesterday until now so I've eaten very very little for two days but I think I'm improving I feel hungry again.

162 this morning

Drank lough Erin of course on sat night but steered clear of the vino and stuck to Jameson which seems to suit me better.

It was a duvet day in our house yesterday dc were coughing a lot & I left them home from school today.

Lovely walk with dog on sat is my last exercise

Not2bObvious · 16/12/2019 18:50

Just back in from a walk - on 14,250 and that was a grind as worked from home. My younger one is barking all day happier, bloody temperature too. Hope your pair feel better after a day of rest, I don’t know if my one will be well enough tomorrow either😞 I’m all out of cals but I think that’ll be ok cause I’ve eaten most everything I can. I badly need a decent sleep

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 16/12/2019 18:59

I went to the gym after loading on pain killers. Feel better now. Monday boom. Just need to maintain it for more than three days now.

Duvet days are needed now and again.
You got over your 10k target though not. Well done you

Not2bObvious · 16/12/2019 19:31

Upping cals to 2000 for this week as I’m aiming for maintenance...and I fell into a tube of PringlesBlush
ImI wasn’t on a duvet day life, that was happier - but yeah thanks pleased with my steps

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 16/12/2019 20:49

I know not I just didn't leave enough of a space between my points.

Not keen on Pringles but Aldi stackers mmmmmmm

2000k sounds like loads. Enjoy this calories. I have 10 left and need 1g fibre. Really struggling to meet it these days

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/12/2019 06:06

Yesterday's bloat gone now back to a recordable weight

Not2bObvious · 17/12/2019 07:33

I’m not that fond of Pringles now I see what that salt in them did to the scales, I’m up .4
Got up early and went for a walk before work, just over 5,000 steps.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 17/12/2019 07:59

I'm not a huge pringles fan either, I would eat the cheese and onion flavour though.

Appetite is still not great & now I've swollen glands to contend with as well, price I pay for going all out on Sat night I guess.

I just have to learn that I can't have it all, long working hours, single mother to two children, home, dog, exercise, boyfriend, social life, eat well, sleep well, I just can't do everything.

There's bother with sale of house too, and stress manifests itself like this in me.

162 again this morning.

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/12/2019 08:46

Gws happier. Are you still taking your multi vitamin?
Oh no. You were hoping the sale would be done soon. I'm about if you want to chat

Happierwithouthim · 17/12/2019 09:56

Yes, every single day except Sunday because I didn't have any at bf's house, but I'm going to change that, and leave some there because I need it more than ever after a night out!

Thanks, I'm just putting it out of my mind until I hear more from auctioneer. On the plus side I'll know about my mortgage this week

Not2bObvious · 17/12/2019 17:29

Sorry to hear about house woes, wishing you the very best of luck happier
Just had Linda sausage/mash and sprouts, delicious! Had to come home from work as child still poorly. Hoping tomorrow she’s back to school, I just want her well. Poor pet is barking, that’s one thing but it’s the temps and the wishy washy that worries me. Got my 10,000 steps, might scrape another couple of thousand, might go for a walk now there’s someone else here to mind her

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 17/12/2019 19:19

I've nebuliser going here for my fella, high temps are scary

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/12/2019 21:08

Poor lamb happier.

Did fbw and food today. 11k steps as for a lift home. Feeling shite as didn't get an interview for this promotion role.

Not2bObvious · 17/12/2019 21:43

I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling sad life, hope it doesn’t get you down for too long. Fair play to you for keeping on track with food & exercise, that’s brilliant (but wouldn’t judge you if you needed a bit of comfort chocolate 💐)

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 18/12/2019 06:26

Thanks not. I am gutted as it was one I world like. I will brush myself off and keep trying.
I'm going to ask Santa for someone to teach me the mystic art of writing 250 word competencies
