I know not, I would rather it be me.
Most of our clothes are already upstairs, but I could fold the dcs and put them in their room, one item at a time, haha!

Right must get on!

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/12/2019 16:02

Just had some very disappointing crisps. Not worth the calories. Travel today so always way over

Not2bObvious · 13/12/2019 17:09

I’m hanging for dinner so I have a decent number of cals left for some Friday night munchies. If I’m honest I’m not too bad, I get a hunger pang, then it passes but I’d say I’ll be hank Marvin by the time it’s on the table. I wish disappointing calories could be refunded

Me too. Felt sick as a pig on the train. Craved tea and chocolate. Writing today off now

Not2bObvious · 13/12/2019 21:51

Over by 80 but that’s ok for a Friday. Tired now but can’t go to bed as have company over, on the tonic water now. No cals, well too few to bother recording, had wine earlier but not enough to do damage. Might get a run done in the morning if it’s not too windy, nearly 14,000 steps done.

It's really wild here in the south of Ireland, I really want to walk the dog in the morning so hope this clears overnight.

Did my Christmas grocery shop tonight & treated myself to an almond croissant which is roughly the amount of calories I'm over by, it was delicious though Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/12/2019 07:11

Sometimes it's just worth the going over.
I feel into the m&s giant buttons.
Sts today though.

Hope the weather has cleared.

Not2bObvious · 14/12/2019 07:40

The East isn’t great either happier, I can hear the wind & according to my weather app wintry showers are likely. Dropping my big girl to her activity at 9 so I’m not risking an outdoor run, may go on the treadmill later. Ooooh I love an almond croissant, hard to get a lot of the time. That’s well worth the overspend. I’m on day 14 of no chocolate, not missing it all - but I do look forward to a couple of nice chocs on Christmas morning, purely as a starter😬

Down 1lb since yesterday. Average looking like 1.1 with the Sunday weigh in to go. Homemade Indian tonight, if it causes a spike I’m going on 6 weigh ins, I worked hard this week and I don’t want to be discouraged. 7.6lb from my post holiday weight on the 4th November. V pleased

Well done not, that is awesome!

Weigh in this morning 12s1lb

Should get lots of steps in today, youngest has an hospital appointment and then we will do some shopping.
Will try to make good food choices when we are out!
Have a good Saturday everyone.

Not2bObvious · 14/12/2019 12:18

That’s a great weigh in curvy - hope the appointment goes ok and the shopping isn’t too manic. I did 40 minutes jogging on the treadmill before I went out so between that & my small bit of shopping I have just over 8,500. Resting now

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/12/2019 12:24

Well done you two.
Not tracking a bit here and taken fit bit off as it's irritating my wrist.
Am making good choices though.

Not2bObvious · 14/12/2019 16:33

I am starving today, I think a week of actually sticking to calories has built up a hunger monster. I’m keeping it at bay as much as possible but it’s hard. Made up my curry, so that at least means I won’t crack and send out for a chinese. Contemplating a trip to the shops to take my mind off food.

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/12/2019 17:13

I've been hungry today but been cold too. Maybe I need some fat on my bones Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/12/2019 17:31

Just had the most delicious lamb tagine. And second helpings

Not2bObvious · 14/12/2019 20:00

Only had a small glass of wine with my curry, on the tonic water & tea now. Rock & roll round my gaff tonight! Might go to bed tbh. I have around 100 cals left but I think I’ll leave it there as there was a lot of tasting and picking throughout the day so I’ve probably used them up.
My blubbers not keeping me too warm today😂

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/12/2019 20:39

I wrapped into the sofa with a blanket. And ate chocolate.

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/12/2019 07:12

Up today.
0.18 up on the week so a sts. Which is good given I fell off plan for 3 days.

Can't make the gym this morning but got 3 fbw planned this week. Will change needs today and get a sweat on

Not2bObvious · 15/12/2019 08:26

Down .2 which brings my average down by 1.2, 2 days at 160’something which has been brilliant. I have 2.2lb to get down to the 10lb goal I set during my 7 week countdown. I’d need too aggressive a deficit to get there and with the time of year we’re at I’d be setting myself up for a fall. So the next week is just going to be about maintaining this weight, I’ve a family party today which is outside of my control, I have around 1800 cals to spend but I’m v likely going to go over, I have a couple of off plan days left I can use. Its been really good exercise trying for consistency rather than perfection over these weeks. I’m going to have to think up a 10 day maintenance challenge to cover the period of Christmas & New Year.
That’s great life considering 3 days off

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/12/2019 08:40

Just over 7lb is fantastic work not.

Not2bObvious · 15/12/2019 09:36

Actually 7.8 life 😬 Very proud, worked v well setting out the 7 weeks, I absolutely need to not hit the f**k it button over Christmas & NY

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 15/12/2019 10:55

Brilliant not!
life, that's some great maintaining!

Steps yesterday 17130
Food was ok, cereal for breakfast, a veggie wrap for olive oil and oregano for lunch and beans on toast for dinner (I just really fancied it)

Hospital went well, she is an epileptic, she has absence seizures, they have increased her meds because she is growing at a fast rate, she is 9 and is 142.5 cm (I'm only 153.4!) and she weighs 34.5kgs, even though they have increased her meds it is still way below the maximum.
The nurse is also going to do a new care plan and phone the school to have a chat with the senco to make sure they fully understand.

My dd2 has had epilepsy for 5 years now, and the school is good most of the time, but I think because she doesn't lose consciousness or have convulsions, they think she is fine. I have a couple of small concerns that the nurse is going to address.
Her care team at the hospital have always been wonderful!

Need to pop out without the kids today to get the last stocking bits, their dad is going to watch them.

Have a lovely Sunday!

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/12/2019 11:26

That's positive about dd2.

Not2bObvious · 15/12/2019 11:27

Gosh what a lot for you to deal with curvy, I don’t know a lot about that type of epilepsy (or any kind truth be told) but it must be a worry. I can never figure out kgs and cm’s but I think 4ft 4’ish? That’s tall for 9. Good to hear the hospital are keeping in touch with the school, communication must be key.
Watching my 600lb life - them poor folk, makes my extra 2 stone seem so tiny. I’m planning a treadmill hour before my shower, no need to move for an hour 😊

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/12/2019 11:31

Pressed post too soon
Passive as in the nurses sound very good. The school also sound good but there is never any harm in reminding them.
