Thanks happier, had a decent day, got a lot of steps (over 17,000) but now the problem is there’s a lot of evening left. But I do have 460 cals left and I think I’ll be using them all 😋

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 11/12/2019 18:29

Well done not. I was down again this morning but over on cals today and only 7 k steps as WFH.

Not2bObvious · 11/12/2019 18:58

I’ve 3 calories left, so I’ve banked 5 calories over the last 2 days - haha!
Not hard to go over if you’re only allowed 1500 life, no wonder you’re losing still

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 11/12/2019 21:05

That's fine tracking not.
I know it's a bit low but I need the restriction to sort my head out. Been getting advice on reverse now. Got some fat on my tum and lots of loose skin but in good with this shape.

Not2bObvious · 11/12/2019 22:00

I’m trying to keep the protein and fibre up, fibre is usually pretty good but I’m a bit low on protein. However I feel pretty satisfied, a bit hungry but that’s manageable. Whatever works for you life, at least you can get advice if you need (use it before you lose it!)

Went over cals by 27 but had a lovely pack of Keoghs multipack crisps so it was worth it Grin
Scales finally dropped to 162 this morning so I'll record that.
Circuits was given by diff instructor last night, I can feel it today but it didn't feel as intense last night.

Life have team RH given you any advice?

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/12/2019 07:03

I haven't asked about fat loss advice. I've been getting advice on reverse.
I need to buy calipers and I've saved the calories adjustment post. I've had advice on how to do the weights so yes all good.

Down today new lowest 123.8

Not2bObvious · 12/12/2019 07:55

Bloody callipers, I bought them in the early days when they said it was the only way to gauge your body fat. Hmm, I should have know it was quite obvious I’d plenty of fat! Tried my husband helping me, then my best mate. Dreadful, one did it arseways, the other fudged the readings that apparently I had tiny % of body fat, obv saving my feelings (this person used to be a gym instructor) The fact she lied made me worry I was becoming obsessive, then I realised I am obsessed/all consumed by this for years! I might dig them out when get to goal weight (using positive language)
Sts and thrilled, less likely it was a downward fake flux. Nice one happier

I bought calipers too, but it'll cost as much to send them to you as it would for you to buy them I'd say!

Never once used them, my sis kept saying to me, you don't need to know your body fat % and she was the only one I would have allowed to do them. She's now living in Sydney so not an option!

Happierwithouthim · 12/12/2019 08:31

Had porridge with flaxseed, almond mik & peanut butter this morning at my desk for breakfast, it looked awful and didn't taste much better.

Not2bObvious · 12/12/2019 09:56

Linda McCartney sausages in a multigrain thin with bbq sauce, delicious!

Happierwithouthim · 12/12/2019 10:15

Oh yum, they're going on my shopping list Smile

Actually only 8cals over yesterday just realised when eating my pineapple there, I forgot to reduced quantity yesterday when the core was left uneaten Grin

Not2bObvious · 12/12/2019 14:04

So busy this morning, aldi twice, work and now shopping with the kids after school. I’m looking forward to sitting down after this!

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/12/2019 17:53

I'm over calories again and probably more along the 1600 -1700 lines this week. That's fine as still losing.

Keep the calipers for when you do need them. But thanks.

All eaten now. This might be a long night......

Not2bObvious · 12/12/2019 20:56

Over by around 200 cals but I banked 260 on Monday and let’s not forget my 5 cals I banked over Tuesday/Wednesday😂 I was very pleased that I ate lunch before I went shopping so skipped fast food and bought a dinner I really enjoy rather than have pizza (although I did sneak a teeny slice) Couple of glasses of wine and finished off a mini mince pie with a smidge of cream. Really good food today 😋

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/12/2019 06:09

Sts today

Not2bObvious · 13/12/2019 06:22

Up .8 but average remains the same as yesterday, .8 down for the week. I’m down 1lb on last Friday. Company over for dinner tonight so I’ll have to be careful during the day, I want to stick to my cals

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 13/12/2019 06:36

Wow we're early birds here!
Sts here so 0.5 up compared to last week, it is what it is.

162 cals over yesterday & literally had porridge for breakfast, tuna sandwich for lunch, chicken curry with green veg & pilau rice for dinner & pineapple for a snack Shock

Happy Friday everyone

Not2bObvious · 13/12/2019 07:36

I think at this time of year happier to stay around the same weight is a success. It’s not hard to spend 1600-1700 calories over 3 meals that’s for sure. Just had a crumpet with a scrape of butter, now I want another!

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/12/2019 08:02

I've walked to the station to get a train for work. Picked up a bacon role on the way like.

Not2bObvious · 13/12/2019 08:03

Well you are meant to be reverse dieting life😂 Yummmm bacon.....

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/12/2019 08:55

5100 steps already. Sts this morning

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 13/12/2019 10:00

Hi all.

Busy few days and today I'm home because dd2 has a stomach bug. So won't be great on steps today, but I am going to use the time to do some sorting and major tidying, so should build up a sweat.

Yes not I started at 12s4lb I think.
Weight today is back up to 12s3lb.

You are all doing so well.

Have a great Friday!

Not2bObvious · 13/12/2019 10:38

I hope your dd feels better soon, I hate when they’re poorly😞
You can work up a decent sweat with house work, I remember bringing the folded clothes up 1 piece at a time! Up/down the stairs like a yo-yo. Even 1 pair of socks at a time😂 Racked up a good number of steps.
Nearly 6,000 steps so far, have to go out again in a bit for another 40 minute walk. Still surviving on that measly crumpet and some coffee, baking a cake and the smell is killing me
