What a beautiful arrangement happier, and a maintain is great at this time of year with the extra socialising. When I’m finished the last 2 weeks of the 7 weeks I set myself, I’m going into maintenance mode. If I can start 2020 within around 1-2 of where I was on the 23rd I’ll be over the moon. Just over 4,100, this is going to be a grind

So both scans went ok, which is a relief. He said that I probably just took longer to heal and it all looks fine inside. My gut and intestines seem ok, but he did say my liver is a little bit fatty, but is nothing to worry about. My Dr will get a report, once that is received I will make an appointment to discuss the liver issue, just to put my mind at rest I think.

Food today
B- blueberry wheats with coconut milk and coffee. Then some toast about 10:30 and another coffee.
After the scan I had a graze cocoa orange oat bite.
D- 2 Linda McCarthy sausages, roast potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, sweetcorn, mushrooms and gravy. It was yum.
Steps 7207, may just reach 10,000 later.

Not2bObvious · 08/12/2019 19:07

Oh that’s a relief curvy, and good to get the insight about your liver - you can’t address what you’re unaware of. I love Linda’s sausages, for the calories/protein/fibre they’re excellent value. Got my 10,000 steps without too much grief, albeit just jogging on the spot. Managing so far to stick to my cals

Eaten the world today but it's hormonal. No more off plan data left

Great news about the scan
Lovely flowers

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 08/12/2019 19:43

Thanks guys. I'm so relieved, plus I got my results back from the biopsy from the cyst (letter was under a pile of junk mail!) and that came back all normal.

So now that I know everything is ok I can start to do more exercise, when I mentioned this at the scan the nurse said that is fine, but build up slowly and no weights heavier than 1-2kg until I see the Dr.
So my plan is to set up the Wii and just do something!

Happier they are beautiful flowers.
life those hormones are bothersome!

Not2bObvious · 08/12/2019 19:48

That’s such a relief curvy, the word biopsy scares the crap out of me. Great to have the all clear, nothing in your way now. You could focus on body weight exercises for the moment, still good for you, squats/lunges/maybe from the knee press ups? Your steps are super so that’s a great basis

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 08/12/2019 19:58

Not, I know it is a very scary word!
Yes I was thinking the same, I'm actually looking forward to doing exercises!
And thanks for the encouragement x

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/12/2019 06:52

Yeah curvy. Great news all round
Back to it today. No more binges

Not2bObvious · 09/12/2019 08:31

Did an hours jog and got my 10,000 before 8am. Scales is only up 1.2 on Fridays weight so my average is only up .6 - that’s a great start to my week 6. Need to input my food for the day

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 09/12/2019 10:39

That arrangement is two little bunches I got put together, but are just fabulous!

Great news all round curvy
I'm really not hitting steps because I've no fitbit to track it so I've just gotten lazy I think, all of you put me to shame

Scales showed the bloat from wine and I ate randomly yesterday too, we had a red wind warning so I took advantage and just parked myself on couch for majority of the day, napping in the late evening so that I didn't go to bed then until almost midnight
163.1 will flush out with lots of water today

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/12/2019 18:43

Boom day 1 done

Not2bObvious · 09/12/2019 22:11

Nice one life, nothing like a good Monday to set you on the right path for the week. Tired now. 260 cals banked. My average cals were nearly 1900 last week because of my super high Saturday, but that’s a decent improvement on 2,200 the week before and nearly 2,000 the week before that. The fact I lost anything those 2 weeks was a miracle, a whole .4 of a pound! Nearly 17,500 steps, that’ll do

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/12/2019 06:27

1/2 down.

Not2bObvious · 10/12/2019 07:54

Down 1lb, average back to Sunday’s so have 5 weigh ins to see a loss. No great steps this morning as rainy & v windy, doubt I’ll get a walk in at lunch either. Beans, white pudding and buttered wholemeal toast for breakfast, absolutely delicious for 300 cals and 12gr protein, 8gr fibre.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 10/12/2019 08:30

Well done on this morning's weigh ins, I'd a sts again today. Which I'm ok with too.

Just had scrambled egg on buttered irwin's toast yum

Not2bObvious · 10/12/2019 08:53

I’m really hoping to drop into the next pound, you know the way you’re in a pound range and you dip above & below it. I’ve been seeing 162 a few times, really want to see 161. Well I’d prefer to see 159 but I’m realistic not delusional😂

Not2bObvious · 10/12/2019 20:12

Long day done, ouf. Managed to get an hours walk in so between keeping busy at work and that I’ve 12,000. Wasn’t that hungry for my dinner, had soup instead but now I’m peckish. I think I’ll need to use my last few cals, nothing being banked tonight

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 10/12/2019 20:19

I've gone over calories as my breakfast order was wrong. Steps got. Fbw for but I am hungry

Not2bObvious · 10/12/2019 20:36

I’ve 2 cals left 😂 How many calories you on now life?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 10/12/2019 20:42

Still 1500 but I average at 1650 really.
I've asked about reverse on the group as I want to look at that next. before my subscription runs out I can't lift heavy weights though so the whole bulk thing just seems not right for me. I just want to maintain.

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/12/2019 20:43

I don't feel scrawny I can see my chest ribs but have lose skin on tum. Possibly more fat to be lost but I wouldn't be upset if I didn't

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 11/12/2019 06:49

Hi all!
Couple of busy days.
Monday and yesterday I sts. Steps Mon over 16000, steps yesterday 19058. Food was ok, had homemade chilli for my lunch yesterday, it was le yum.

Weight this morning 12s2lb.

Not2bObvious · 11/12/2019 07:04

Down 1.2 today, saw my first 161’ish in an awfully long time. Granted it was after jogging on the treadmill for 50 mins so might have been a slightly dehydrated weight but I don’t care😬 Over 9,300 steps by 7am, going to be a good day.
You’re down a couple of pounds since you started the daily weighing aren’t you curvy? You’ll see 11’something really soon if you keep up all the good work.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 11/12/2019 17:26

Sts again today.
It has been a good food day & I'm going to circuits tonight & will have 127 cals to play with after my dinner so I'm safe Grin
Fibre hit but not protein though

Well done on 161
