life, I second what not says, plus I think you will be fine without it.
not, thanks but I also know that when I eat well and drink enough water, I feel better, poxy hormones!

I have made myself a nice fruit salad for tomorrow and I'm going to do something with the left over falafel, not sure what though.

Not2bObvious · 06/12/2019 07:17

Down .2 - so compared to last Friday .6 lighter. Going to try all bran, raspberries & Greek yog for a change for breakfast. Out to lunch today but just a toasted sambo, nothing crazy. Steak for dinner.
Not sure how I’ll get my steps in today, but il have to figure something

Sts which is great. I've been watching the reverse which is about where I'm at so I have the knowledge now

Not2bObvious · 06/12/2019 10:21

Update! Things moved a bit, ahem, actually down .8 on yesterday so lowest weight in a long while. Delighted with that! Decided to skip breakfast as by the time I had my run & shower, the amount of time between breakfast and lunch was too short. Not a breakfast I’d thoroughly enjoy so I’d prefer to save the cals for lunch. Just over 7,500 steps done, might be a better than than I thought. Happy Friday y’all and well done life on maintaining, living the dream😉

They say hunger is the best sauce!

Well done on loss not and sts life
That's a fantastic place to be Star

Once I gave into needing those extra cals once a month curvy it was a game changer.

Happierwithouthim · 06/12/2019 18:51

I didn't have 10am snack & lunch was tuna so lower cals than normal so I've 500 cals left with 18g protein to hit Grin

Not2bObvious · 06/12/2019 19:27

A good third of my steak was inedible, so that gave me back 140😬 Pack of mini biccies with my tea.

I'd a screwball from Dunnes 63cals ds had the gum do I get a calorie rebate? Grin

Pity about the steak but good news about calories

Weight sts.
Steps today 13148.
Food
B- coffee, cereal and a banana
L- veggie wrap meal from McDonald's (did take lunch but close colleague really needed a chat)
D- I had my lunch for dinner, falafel with salad and hummus, fruit salad and coconut yogurt with hemp seeds, chia seeds and a few sultanas.
Made sure I drank more water today.
Had one coffee at work with a couple of fruit shorties.

Well done on maintaining life.
Not great work on the loss.
happier, I think I probably do need a bit more as I'm borderline anemic, just don't want it to always be carbs!

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/12/2019 00:50

28700 steps but my feets hurt from dancing

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/12/2019 06:30

2lb up but some of its bloat as I couldn't get my rings of last night this morning when I got in.
That's it do wise until 20 Dec. Do will be on plan until then

Not2bObvious · 07/12/2019 08:06

Wow that’s some dancing life, you must have had fun.
Down .2, average is now down .7 and I’ve no opportunity to weigh in tomorrow so I’m stating a .7 loss for week 5😬

Wolfcub · 07/12/2019 08:27

I think the scales might be having me on this morning. I seem to have lost the best part of 3 lb. I don't for a second think that's correct

Happierwithouthim · 07/12/2019 08:34

Sounds like a good night was had life Grin
Not good work
I'm at +0.1lbs average at the moment but if I took away the first 3 heavier weights I'd be at -0.7lbs also can't keep doing that though

161.1 lbs today

Not2bObvious · 07/12/2019 08:35

I’d be kissing my scales if it told me that wolf! When did you last weigh? It could be true if you’ve had a good week, esp if you’ve been low carb maybe.
Just had sausage & bacon roll, followed by a mini mince pie. Long day of the kids competition ahead so need a decent stomach lining. I want to stay home😫

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 07/12/2019 08:42

If I’d have kept my higher weight in from Monday I’d be .3 down not .7 but I only had that 1 high day so I felt justified in removing it. In the long run estimating an average weight over 4-5 weigh ins is absolutely fine, if we’re not going the right way it’ll be obvious. What you don’t see loss’wise this week, you’ll see it next week happier

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 07/12/2019 08:50

I was at 15 when I went out due to shopping yesterday.
Twas a great night. Will be a bit on plan today but a bit off as dodge tum

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 07/12/2019 21:08

Weight sts
Steps 12175
Food
B- banana on toast, coffee
L- Gregg's vegan sausage roll and a mince pie. An apple and lots of water today. Shopping is thirsty work!
D- jacket potato with some vitalite, salt and pepper and lots of salad. Then a big orange.

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/12/2019 06:50

125.5 so a bit of bloat off and some gain due to being a piggy

Not2bObvious · 08/12/2019 08:30

Quite pleased there’s no scales to weigh in this morning (stayed over with best friend) as had Chinese & lots of salty snacks last night. The scales will not be my friend for 2-3 days for sure. Definitely used up one of my last off plan days on yesterday.
Does your scale measure fractions curvy? I’m really surprised there’s been no move in any direction for days, sounds like you’ve been doing brilliantly - any chance it needs new batteries?

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 08/12/2019 09:01

No not, it doesn't, can you get scales that do measure in fractions too? And the battery is fine, it was changed recently.
I am really surprised too that there has been no change, could it just be period bloat?

Not2bObvious · 08/12/2019 09:05

If you measure in pounds I think you’d see fractions? I think you used to see them when you measured in kilos.

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 08/12/2019 09:42

Might try the lbs another time then not. Yes the kgs would do kgs and grams. The stones do stones and lbs.

Guess what? Yep sts!

I have my ultrasound today at 5pm and I can't eat from 11! I'm going to take something with me so that I can eat straight after.

Not2bObvious · 08/12/2019 12:28

Good luck on the ultrasound, you’ll be ready for something nice to eat after that. I was meant to go out for lunch but it’s very windy and rainy here so just got an M&S meal deal, so I’ll be good on cals. Hoping to see nothing too scary on my scales tomorrow. Going to have to do marching on the spot throughout the day to hit my min 10,000, just over 3,500 from shopping

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 08/12/2019 12:37

Happy with a sts after consuming an entire bottle of Pinot Grigio to myself last night, had friends for dinner, wasn't too calorific.

Keep busy curvy
