Takeaway here too.

It's still a loss not. Is it carb/salt bloat?

Not2bObvious · 23/11/2019 17:53

I’d assume it would have to be, since I was down all week and then overnight 2.4 up. Just soo f’ing annoying esp when I was cautious with how I ate & drank.
I’ve comprised on the takeout & just having a small portion so shouldn’t go too far over cals.

I made the mistake of buying Aldi chocolate. Will be about. 800 over tonight.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 23/11/2019 18:42

Thanks ladies.
I think the reason I weigh in kgs is because it is the default option in many apps, I don't think I can change it on the apps.
Will have to start tracking food again in mfp, it did help before.

We all need a takeaway sometimes.

Not2bObvious · 23/11/2019 19:41

You can definitely weigh in pounds/stones/kgs in the Fitbit app. My takeaway was basically slight fancy chivken nuggets with Cajun sauce & 125gr of french fries. No wine today, small bit of choc, around 350 over.

1045 calories over.>>>>>>>>leaves thread in shame

Not2bObvious · 23/11/2019 21:47

We’d all have to leave in that case life, haven’t you lost weight this week, you can have a splurge too. Can’t be the only splurger here😂

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 24/11/2019 07:51

Down .4 after my spike yesterday taking my average loss to .1 of a pound. Right so.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 24/11/2019 07:56

Up 3/4 lb this morning. Not surprised. Even after loads of running around yesterday only 9k steps. ..

Not sure about gym today. I think I can only face a day home. Can for my 3 fbw in later in the week.

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/11/2019 08:00

Average is down 1.68 from last week.

Not2bObvious · 24/11/2019 08:27

That’s a brilliant loss life, especially as you’re very light. I’d hazard a guess that the deficit might have been a bit aggressive hence the splurge last night. If you hadn’t had that gain you must have been looking at nearly 2 pound down, 7,000 deficit.
You deserve a rest, take it. I got up at 6 for a walkie talkie put my Fitbit on my ankle and jogged away while doing the ironing. Got just over 3,000 cause I couldn’t jog the slow time but I’m v pleased with that. Need Sunday food ideas. Had a roast last week so don’t fancy anything like that today, might go m&s

I think so not. I think 1600 might be better next week.

Not2bObvious · 24/11/2019 08:47

I think I’d lean towards seeing how you feel, allowing maybe 1600-1800, that would give you a bit extra if you had a hungrier day. One thing I know from 3 weeks of being pretty consistently behaved is that I can do lower cal for a bit but it catches up on me and I get stupid hungry & down. Even if I hadn’t had the flux yesterday I’d only have had a .5 loss, which would have been down to last weeks overeat of around 1200 cals. I still have so much to lose, I don’t know what your goal is now but it’s not a lot more loss is it?

Back to my lowest for 2019 after my half term increase

Happierwithouthim · 24/11/2019 09:31

I know Friday in the gym, it felt good & I slotted it in despite bf suggesting a night out just told him I'd be later going. My muscles are still aching, walked dog yesterday & took dc plus one extra to see turning on of Christmas lights, had to park miles away so lots of walking. Lost pin for watch strap of Fitbit but luckily not Fitbit.

Was at bfs yesterday morning so no weigh in, ate 4 sausages in two slices of white bread with butter for breakfast. Got lunch of pulled pork in brioche bun & chips for lunch while washing was in outdoor machine & went to Milanos for dinner dd wanted adult dessert so I took her dessert included on piccolo menu. Dinner was delicious & I've zero regrets Grin about to get up & weigh now. I've a child sleeping either side of me in the bed but it was me that wanted a sleep in Grin

This was Friday nights sleep, we're a disaster when we go out, want to make the most of the night we have together Grin

Excellent wolf well done
Life you're really killing this
Not still a loss & more importantly not a gain
Curvy I also follow same plan as not & life it cured me of binging completely

Happierwithouthim · 24/11/2019 10:14

Down 0.7lbs today's flux cost me 0.4lbs of a loss but I had a night out Friday night & two meals out yesterday so I can't complain

Happierwithouthim · 24/11/2019 11:03

It was delicious the Padana but I added pepperoni. When I looked first I thought I'll be taking half this home but the base was so light I managed to eat it all with none of the pizza bloat Grin

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 24/11/2019 11:21

Well done wolf, life, not and happier, some great losses.

So I looked at 'my info' on mfp and was able to change the weight to stones, so my weight is 12s3lbs. I also noticed that my height was wrong I'm only 153.4 cm and it said I was 160, so I changed that too, but then it reset my calories to 1,370 a day. So I've lost 120 calories a day.
Which I know makes sense and I haven't been tracking for a while, but I will definitely have to make a real effort to stick to that. I was over 250 last night with 1,490, so really need to up my game!

Do you pay for team rh happier and not, if so is it worth it, do you think?

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/11/2019 12:12

So that's 171 lb curvy. I would say that 1400 is to low for you for now. I'm 125-130 and losing on 1500 but probably could do 1600. My non qualified advice would be to start higher and reassess. Maybe 1800?
I'm 5"4 which is 164 cm I think?

Happierwithouthim · 24/11/2019 12:12

Curvy that's a very low amount of calories, the idea behind team rh is you join up, learn what to do & then you when you feel you're competent with it you can leave.

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/11/2019 12:13

Rh is £50 per year or £4.99 per month. Defo worth it in the beginning. I'm 2 years along and might come out now tbh. Don't regret those 2 years though

Not2bObvious · 24/11/2019 12:26

The diet that works is the diet you can do consistently. I also think that’s unnecessarily low cals for your current weight. I’d aim for 1700-1800, weigh/track everything, drink 2 litres of water a day and see how it feels, try walk 30-45 mins a day. Weigh every day, try it for a week, assess and decide how to go forward. However I do reckon you need 2-3 weeks of anything to know how it’s working for you.
