Been maintaining close to final goal since last BC. I just like the whole thing of people posting what they are eating and being inspired by their menus (and delighting in their success).

Maybe I'll make my final goal on this bc….

I really need this. I keep messing about with low carb but need something to kick my backside into gear. Doing dry October so this makes sense too!!

Can someone kindly add me to the list please as I'm on my phone and can't c&p.
I lost nearly 31/2 stone following the maintenance part of bootcamp, toned up with lots of exercise, but life/health problems sabotaged me. I've only gained about 4lbs but I'm so flabby!
Hoping that by doing bootcamp and restarting an exercise programme that I'll drop the pounds and tone up again.
