Oooh perfect timing. January boot camp got me back to a healthy weight but I need a final push/focus to lose the last stone to hit my real target!

I started running during the January boot camp and have kept that going. I've even signed up for a half marathon in March (okay that might be taking things a bit far but I know I can complete it even if I'm not fast).

First timer to BC here - have followed a few threads before but never brave enough to join in. Really need to do something and soon. I had gestational diabetes in my last pregnancy and found eating a low carb diet then made a huge difference but couldn’t stick to it when the baby arrived. (DH being Italian doesn’t help - so much pasta!)
