I'm in! Pretty much maintaining now, as I don't actually want to get much thinner, I don't think it'll suit me. But I think I'll find it harder to stick to this WOE as the winter closes in, so I'll need the support.

This is fantastic. I haven't gained since last BC but I felt great eating LCHF and I've gone to the bad lately. Keen ++ to reset.
I lost 10lbs last BC which made me really love my Summer clothes. But sugar is an addiction, and I'm sick of it!

Hi

I want to join in. I went for a liver ultrasound and they couldn't see what they were looking for as my liver was too fatty 😭.
I was looking up the fast 800 and it seems to be all about low carb and this group seemed to be a good one to join. (My FIL successfully reversed his type 2 diabetes with it)
