Good morning all, I started my two weeks, two weeks ago and have lost over half a stone and I notice that I’m losing more on the days where I drink more water so that’s very encouraging.
I am bang on 11stone and want to lose a stone so it’s a good place to start because anything under 11 will feel like a victory! (haven’t broken that barrier since having DD 3 years ago)
I can’t find the spreadsheet does anyone know where it can be found? I’ve looked at the thread titles but that’s probably not right.

I'd like to join. Just got home after a month overseas helping my mother clear her house for sale (still a lot to do but I needed to be home before half-term). I'd promised myself last week that "low carb (re-)starts on Tuesday", so great to see how well I've timed it!

Just had a belated birthday cake with my daughter over the weekend, have sent her back to school with most of the remains but need to share a little with a friend today. So will stick to my guns and start tomorrow!

I had considered low-carbing while I was with my mother, but actually I needed to help finish things from the back of the cupboards! Cumquat jam with rice for breakfast (friendly neighbour whose sister always made loads and never got the message that my mother didn't like it lol). Kept my weight stable while I was there though, which was good. I wasn't going to the shops ... Only chocolate was a couple of rounds of chocolate sauce with strawberries from the garden - we had a very old block of copha in the fridge that also needed using up!

Morning all - just to let you know that the first week's thread is here

@absopugginglutely great loss so far! Just to warn you though, weeks 3 & 4 are notorious for weight loss slowing or stopping altogether. Don't panic if this happens to you but KOKO (keep on keeping on) and things will get going again after that.
