I had friends over last weekend and bought lots of treats for their kids & mine. On Monday there was a fair bit left so I bagged it up & put it out of sight. Best thing for them and me, what I didn’t put away was snuck and snaffled! My eldest asked me once not to buy nice things cause she couldn’t resist and was getting into trouble for sneaking the stuff, poor kid - I felt v guilty. I can’t resist, how can I expect them too?
Hungry day today, treated myself to a toastie & a small pack of crisps for lunch. Looking forward to my homemade Indian curry tonight. Have nearly 500 cals left for the day, not sure if I want to waste any of it on wine but I do like a glass on a Friday. We’ll see, I’m really enjoying seeing a little drop each day on the scales - wine might cause a bloat.

Well I think we can call last night a treat night. Went over but reckon I still was in a small deficit. It was worth it as had a lovely night with my bigger girl who’s recently decided she never wants to be in our company, last night we listened to music, watched a movie & had a cuddle. Could have done it without the junk (and wine on my partBlush) but sometimes you gotta roll with it. Back on it 100% today
Anyone doing anything fun? Are you off to Cork happier? Have a ball, trying to remember the last time I was there, might have been to Macroom about 5 years ago, I’d love to go to Kinsale sometime - maybe next year. Love the city too. Quiet weekend after a weekend of visitors last weekend. Don’t think the weathers meant to be good here so might be time to dust off the treadmill, haven’t used it in a few weeks with the lovely weather

Way over Cal yesterday. Was doing ok if a bit over until the nibbles came out. Got a bit of a fuzzy head today as not used to drinking.

Usual weekend here of running about after DC and shopping.
Have a lovely weekend happier

Wolfcub · 31/08/2019 08:35

So holiday damage appears to be 1.5lb. I’m not sure it’s all showing up yet though Blush

Not2bObvious · 31/08/2019 10:00

Went for a sneaky brisk walk before doing my weigh in, down another bit. I’m 5lb lighter today than I was on Monday, never underestimate the bloat! But I’m truly a good 5lb heavier than at the end of June. The aim would be to be shot of it by October. Just about to have my cooked breakfast in bed, nearly 9,000 steps done I believe I’ve earned it.
That’s a v small gain wolf, well done. I’m the same life, if the wine comes out the nibbles follow. So no drinking gives me 2 wins. I’m having steak tonight so I’d like 1 glass of decent red but I might not

Half up but not unexpected as over Cal and under steps all weekend.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 01/09/2019 09:10

Morning all.
Weight this morning is 78.7kgs, this is the lowest I've been for a very long time, like years.
Hope you all have a great Sunday.

Not2bObvious · 01/09/2019 09:46

That’s brilliant curvy, what a lovely start to September. I’m a bit up, just cause of salty foods, my weekly average is 2.2lb over my pre holiday average as expected. Next Sunday should be an improvement on that once I keep toeing the line. Feel a bit invigorated at the fact it’s a brand new month with nothing big planned, lots of days to do well and get back to the 150’s.
All going to plan going on a big walk/little bit of a hike this afternoon. There’s a huge sports event on here in Ireland that himself wants to watch & I nor the kids are into so we’re driving to another county to visit a historical site & have a picnic along the way. Hence no getting up early for a walk, I’ll be walked out of it today. Lovely sunny one so sunscreen & runners on🤗

Down 1lb 2/8. Need to lose another pound to be back at my best weight for the last few weeks. Good news though is that for the past 3 weeks I’ve been consistently under 15st at the end of each week. Small but good progress

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 01/09/2019 10:20

Thanks Not. The kids are going to their dads today until Tuesday evening as I'm back to work tomorrow, they go back Wednesday. So I'm going to go out and get some bits and then sort more of the house out in peace.
Wlof, well done, that is great progress!

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 01/09/2019 10:21

Wolf, stupid phone!

Not2bObvious · 01/09/2019 11:01

That’s great wolf, something really brilliant about getting under a stone bracket. I had crept into the next stone with my holiday weight and I was gagging to get back under. Best get out of this comfy bed & get the stuff together for our day out. I do like getting the place in order in advance of the new week curvy (not done that much of it this week though, lazy made me!) I stick the earphones in & get a good podcast session done. Make sure and have a nice relax too

Delighted to post this - was MIA as ds took a screwdriver to my phone thurs eve.
SadAngry
I'm away from my scales so posted a sts for today, hopefully I can flush out the alcohol gain today with plenty of h2o Grin

I love getting groceries sorted when mine are away curvy

Wolf great staying under that stone marker

** I didn't go away but went out for a few drinks last night to celebrate, didn't have that many but hadn't eaten a lot yesterday so my head hurt, bf gone back to sleep I'm browsing house online

Not I live in one of those counties taking part in the major sporting event but not from here so it's meaningless to me

Oh crap happier, a screwdriver? I think I’d cry, I’m heavily reliant on my phone - too much so although I do have a valid work reason (if that’s only a tiny % of the time) We’ll have the same shut down in 2 weeks when they have the replay, I’m embarrassed to say I was completely oblivious to it! I’m wrecked after my 2 hour walk around mountains/lakes and then shopping centre. A bit over 13,000 steps but half of that uphill so proper knackered. 400 cals left, back on the dry until Friday

Oh no wreck, hope you are ok Flowers

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/09/2019 07:49

Oh dear wreck. Do you know what happened? Hope things are stable now. That looks lovely. Are you still low carbing?

Up today but have up on yesterday. No fbw did 10k steps but stopped tracking food. Mil is at crisis again and was on the phone lots
Try again today but still off with the dc

WreckTangled · 02/09/2019 08:12

Yes I'm feeling ok now thanks. Still low carbing getting back onto it properly as was tricky on holiday when eating out. Not sure what happened yesterday could have been that my insulin got too hot and stopped working properly or just general stress of travelling home. Bought some skinny syrups yesterday really good with Greek yoghurt and fruit

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/09/2019 08:53

It's tricky to keep levels balanced when out of routine even with a pump. And insulin is a pita to store out and about.
Pleased you are feeling ok today

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/09/2019 08:54

Where are the skinny syrup from?

WreckTangled · 02/09/2019 09:01

I got them from home sense £3.99 each they had loads!
