This thread dropped off my I'm on and have only just caught up.
Update on me
I am now BMI 24.2 which I am very happy with. Weigh 10st 2lb from a high of 19st 7lbs. If I lose another 6lbs I will be less than half my former weight. 
My loss has slowed down a lot to around 1lb a week. This is partly due to being smaller and partly because I have been eating a lot more crap and not exercising so obsessively. I think this is good in the long term as I need to start looking at maintaining naturally and I do have a small worry about not being able to stop and getting ill.
On the plus side I feel awesome and look pretty good. Am reliably a 10-12 at the moment depending on the shop. I do have a pouchy tummy and my boobs are a bit empty sock. I have a little sagging on the sides of my arse as well. Annoying but an awful lot better than it could have been.
The thing I am still struggling with is constipation.
I had a monster shite yesterday that made me cry a bit and I was over a lb lighter after it. Need to remember to keep taking the lactulose.

Congratulations on the BMI Sofabitch and you look fab. Hope your Mum improves as fast as possible.
All I can advise is to get his head down and power through JoshLyman. I just reminded myself it was temporary and stopped getting hungry after about 3 days of yoghurt. Drink loads of water.

AnythingConsidered sounds like you are in a similar place to me. I think plateus and super slow losses are a good thing once under BMI 25.
