Hi all,

Starting this thread as I’ve started the Blitz today. Will probably just be posting to keep myself accountable but would love to hear about any tips or advice so feel free to join in if you are also starting this or have done it before!

I’ll be doing this over Easter which will be tough but I can’t keep putting it off so on it from today! Smile

Thanks @ChippyTea16 I am so glad I stuck it out !its been hard and I did have a blip .

But I feel so much better for it and I am planning on starting again tomorrow .

I am actually on my monthly quite bad today so I was expecting my weight to go up .

I have put up before and after pics on my Instagram and what a difference in pictures that you don't notice along the way unless you compare photos x

I've started day one again but I really can't face the exercise. I seem to have a mental block that I can't change diet and start exercising at the same time Confused so I'm planning to do a week on the diet then start exercising in week 2.

Hopefully I can at least stick to it longer than a week this time.

My problem is I meet friends most weekends and it always involves eating usually at a pizza place. I might have to choose a new venue this weekend so I can have steak or something instead. At least I have no birthdays to side track me and Easter is well and truly gone!

Oh and well done @MunchkinJess Grin

Hi everyone, forgot to post results on Monday. I lost 4kg (8.8lbs) in total which I’m happy with as I lost the plot in the last week! Pretty bloated from time of the month so didn’t do my measurements but will do them next Monday.

I had a pretty nice mac n cheese and dough balls dinner last night LOL but trying to get back to high fat low carb meals in the day and have carbs with dinner. Just done my Insanity dvd so will try and mix up my workouts.

@imnottoofussed you’ve got this so well done for starting again. I think it’s good you are doing it your way as you are more likely to stick to it and like you say you can add in exercise when you are ready. The exercise is tough but maybe you could even just do two rounds or something instead of the full whack. I found it hard by week four to do 40 mins plus warm up and cool down so just do what you can.

In terms of your weekend meals, if you can swap to a steak and salad or something that’s great but I wouldn’t beat yourself up if you go off plan, just do what you can most of the time and one meal out can’t hurt (I know that’s not the point of the 4 week plan but I prefer to think longer term!)

Anyway best of luck, keep us updated! I’m not doing cycle 2 of the plan but am going to try and keep up the exercise and stop eating shit basically! So will see how I get on! X

Hi everyone, just wondering if I can jump on here? I've just started today!

I have one questions! Do you think it's ok to have a breakfast meal for lunch? I had a shake for breakfast today because I'm rubbish with breakfast and don't have time to do anything major but then I fancied the scramble eggs and smoked salmon for lunch so I had that but that's listed as breakfast Confused Do you think it matters? I wasn't sure if it was all about eating certain foods at certain times of the day or whether it won't make any difference!

ChippyTea16 · 23/04/2018 16:48

Hi @Wilberforce2 welcome! More than welcome to join the group although I think most people are finished haha. It’s been a bit quiet recently so not sure if people are carrying on...

Re your questions, it’s fine to swap meals around and have them when you like and you can bank your snacks too if you want them all at night for example. If ou have instagram, check out Chloe’s posts as she does a lot of FAQ videos which really help understand the plan more.

One thing I’d say though is make sure you are getting your veg in - I loved the breakfast shake but was sometimes guilty of having that at lunchtime and eggs for breakfast and not really eating enough veg (cos I hate it hha). But other than that as Chloe says, as long as you have the right components of your meals you can have Them anytime (I know the shake doesn’t have greens in it so I took this to be the exception).

Good luck! X

Hi, I know most of you have now completed the blitz, but I'm starting next week and hoping for some advice. Could anyone give me an example of their typical high fat/low carb day meals? Thanks x

RiojaHaze · 26/04/2018 08:10

Hi @Jenaad!

Typically I have almonds and Greek yoghurt for breakfast.

Lunch is heated up at my desk at work so normally whatever I had the night before. Chicken curry which I make using the napolitana recipe with rogan josh paste, chilli with cauliflower rice, chicken sausages or a piece of salmon or tin of tuna with lots of salad.

Dinner then will be something similar to lunch.

Also really keen on putting a turkey rasher in a muffin tin and filling with egg and veg then baking. Really nice hot or cold!
