After two children and with mid 40s approaching I really need to sort my weight out. I'm on a 4 stone mission for 2018- this time next year I want to be 4 stone lighter. Anyone want to join me on this mission? You're support would be great and we can share our sorrow at the lack of chocolatey goods together

Dropped off this thread, work is silly busy and well life you know!

I'm low carbing well, definitely wheat free now and have list 4.5lb so far. I've also started training for a 22 mile hike in June so am shrinking a bit without as much weight loss.

hi,im gonna join if thats ok

im at my ever heaviest now need to lose 3-4 stone,had great results a few years ago low carbing but i cant get motivated to do that fully, so am gonna cut down on carbs and up protein

started yesterday and last time was on a low carb thread on here and really helped so be warned you may see alot of my posts Grin

I have 3-4 stone to loose.
Since Christmas I have lost 2pb 😭😭😭. I'm addicted to chocolate so this is hard. Tbh I have just slowely put on weight never successfully lost weight and kept it off.
I can't do heavy exercise either 👎🏼

You guys going low carb what do you have at lunch?
I use to have eggs instead but my ibs won't stomach eggs :/

hi kaz,it seems a pretty quiet thread

well i on day three and have had a bad headache for 2 days im guessing the lack of sweet things is doing this

been feeling generally of but i have Bipolar and a recent break up so i think its all combined

i dont really have set meals apart from dinner (big omlette huge salad) also had 2 small oranges

im not going really low carb just cutting down

there are some good threads on the particular low carb thread

Can I join you please? I've been diagnosed high blood pressure today and I need to,lose weight urgently.

I'm an absolute monster of a heifer and so cross with myself.

Plan is low carbs, no sugar and hardly any alcohol plus going on my treadmill every day

Can I join? Start of the year I planned to lose 52lbs in 52 weeks. Im finding it easier to stick to a 1200cals diet and track on MFP than when I last tried to diet using Slimming World.

Ive been having a greek salad (no oils) with a cup a soup for lunch and then something like homemade chilli with a big bowl of veg (no rice, nachos or cheese).

Been giving myself saturdays off, not sure if thats sensible. Oh and dry jan is helping too.

Im away Feb half term so am hoping to be over half a stone down by then (6 weeks). Its always a healthy week away in terms of meals and activities, but there will be much alohol consumption so I think I need to stick to spirits and low cal mixers.

Not sure if people are still posting on here? But it was my weigh in day and just 0.6kg down this week (1lb).. considering how much fun I had at the weekend, I won't moan as 'a loss is a loss' Grin

I’ve been lurking and reading the updates!
I was silently following you all with pride and determination.
I’ve lost 9lbs since beginning of the year. Following WW by app (no meetings). I find WW isn’t fancy but if you stick to your points and record EVERYTHING even when you don’t want to you get to your goal!
