Hi am I join in? I know this is thread 9 - what was general premise of the thread? Just logging in MFP? I have the app from the summer but I never used. Determined to use now and it was goal of 1200 calories. I am breastfeeding but baby is over one so assume my supply etc will be fine. I’ve never calorie counted other than for a week in summer when first got the app. Any tips? Is mfp easy to use? I have about 5 stone to lose Blush so hoping to be disciplined!!

I find it easy to use, i think its just the weighing of food that takes up a small amount of time. I think its when you start seeing results it spurs you on more! Dont give up so soon. Im glad to have someone else here too!
My first proper day of logging, i really want to lose a stone now. Will weigh in on Friday to see overall damage. Hope everyone joins back soon!

Ah I haven’t weighed any food yet! I’ll need to start using properly. I’m assuming the more I use the easier it will be as I’ll have my regular foods in there so can add quickly. Hoping that’s the case anyway. I’m going to give it a month and see how I feel with it then. Good luck for Friday!
