Your not letting the side down Bath, we are all here for the same reason. Smile Lets get some lbs shred this month! I have bought a few new tops/jumpers and I have noticed a difference, but I'm so used to picking up size 12, then realising its a little bit baggy! Different shops, different sizes though. I could be a 10 in one shop and 14 in another. Which is annoying. Slowly, getting a new wardrobe in new sizes. I will be back tomorrow, and i will have had a good dayGrin

Hope you had a better day yesterday caggie. I think I may be back in zone. No sugar (sweet stuff) yesterday, but I did have a gin & slimline to help digest some bad news. I went for it this morning in my PT session. I may not have lost much weight over the last month, but 2 x sessions a week my body has def changed shape. Trouble now is that my workout leggings keep sliding down!

Still on a mission to get to the 10s. Wonder if I shall ever get there. Hope everyone else are OK? Wave to Kiki, must, Not2be & everyone else ....

Well done Bath - a few years ago I was training for a 545 mile bike ride and it got to the point when I stopped losing weight on the scales but my body def shrunk from all the exercise so good for you on the PT

Sounds like it’s all still heading in the right direction caggie but I’ve been exactly the same!!

The last 3 days though I’ve stuck to 1200 and the scales have finally shifted (a fair amount so i think i was partially retaining water weight during my period or something), hoping the motivation to stick to it will continue until i go away on Friday - should be ok as I’m in the studio all day today and at the cinema tonight and then have evening class weds and thurs which is my witching time for snacking.

I really then need to find a way of maintaining without moving 5-10lbs every time! Goal is to get under 130lbs by Friday

also yes size fluctuations in shops are so annoying - also I'm the US so vanity sizing is insane, in Gap and Old Navy I'm a 2 - and I'm really not that skinny. I have a friend who is legit just petite (she's about 5'3" and slim but not "skinny") and she really struggles to find clothes to wear that don't swamp her. In H&M in the UK I just about fit into a 10 so I obviously do all my clothes shopping here ;)

Have you seen the website my body gallery or similar? you input your weight and height and see others the same and I always think people the same as me look so much thinner than I do

Bath, its soo nice to see your body changing though! Its shows the hard works paying off, even if theres no change on the scales all the time. Dishearting sometimes not seeing results, but its fab when you notice! Keep up the good work🎉
Kiki, ive just looked at that website, wow. Im thinking the same as you, they all look smaller than me! Very interesting though to see what other people look like at my weight and height, they have nice bodies. But when it comes to me, i wouldnt think that!

I think in some cases it’s because they exercise which I really don’t - I’m the same weight i was when i was mid training for my bike ride but I’m def not as thin

I dont exercise either, id like to tone up though when i get to my final target. But in reality, i cbaBlushGrin
Sitting down with egg on toast for breakfast, thinking of what i could have for my next meal🐷. Today will be a good day!
I wouldnt worry to much about the 1800, its better than not logging at all and wondering how many you’ve eaten!

yeah good point - it's still within TDEE so yes at least I logged...was all because we got free popcorn and decided to grab a bite to eat after the cinema!

At the airport, weighed in before I left and now at 130lbs which is where I prefer to maintain but going to enjoy my weekend of cocktails and great food, knowing I can get back on track next week

Okay, so on Saturday I weighed in at 10st 7!! Got a takeaway because I hadn't eaten much and knew I wouldn't go massively over on calories. Eaten well since then too and now I'm back up to 10st 9. I know its fluctuation, but its so annoying. Hoping I'm back down on Friday when I weigh in. I would like a lb off a week up until Xmas, so 6 weeks= 6lb. Need to try my best as the Christmas period is all about indulging Grin On track for a good day, and tomorrow should be the same. Ill be weighing everyday to see if I actually move back down.

Those fluctuations are frustrating! But Christmas is a good goal - I’m aiming for 127lbs by 18th December when we fly home to the UK. I have thanksgiving next week to navigate around and a friend here this week so will have to be very motivated to achieve it. It’s 6lbs too (I put on 3 over my weekend in New York!)

If I order the things I've planned out tonight for dinner, I'll have had 2 good days in a row too - then plan a similar amount tomorrow, and am going to try to not eat anything Thursday so I don't have to even think about the starters, mains, desserts, cocktails, wine and end of the night old fashioneds at our Friendsgiving celebration

Hello team. I was v v brave this morning & got on the scales to shock myself back into action. WI was a disastrous 11 6.5 today Blush, but social stuff and emotional eating, I'm not surprised.

But back on it WITH A VENGEANCE. Cutting out the crap, no more choccies, crisps, or cake. Day 3 and it feels like I'm detoxing all over again, but my body was really suffering with all of the sugar & alcohol swimming around.

We can do it! (apart from Kiki who is allowed tomorrow off - Happy Thanksgiving!)

I thought i posted yesterday, but i clearly didnt click the post buttomGrin Okay-ish day, ive had a few things ive not logged in between meals, i wouldnt be massively over on calories. Will try and be good for the rest of the evening. Teas cooking away, hopefully it will fill me up tonight so i dont raid anything else.

Ugh I had a MEGA binge last night so that was annoying!

Never mind - just had almond butter and banana on toast as mid morning meal to keep satisfied the rest of the day but ready for the feast at 3pm!! Will need to pace myself
