I’m now doing a sort of combination of things; no s, 16:8 and mfp... sounds confusing, but it’s sort of working, (although yesterday was a bit of a write off). I am going to weigh myself today, but imagine it will be the same as last week.
I’m hoping to lose half a stone this month by hook or by crook. I’ve even started a “half a stone off in July” thread, just to prove I mean business

So far I’ve only had a cup of tea. Planning to stick to that till 1pm, then have meal 1 of the day. Last meal finished by 9pm and repeat tomorrow. I am logging on mfp to keep track of things, although I know it isn’t recommended on no s. It’s just a temporary measure though, to make sure I’m not overeating.
