Sorry, I haven’t had time to read through this whole thread, but wondered if I could please join you?
I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant and need some help controlling my outrageous eating habits. I gained so much weight with dc1 pregnancy, both during pregnancy and afterwards. I still was about a stone over my pre-dc1 weight when I fell pregnant with dc2. I would like to avoid the weight gain this time if possible, but I feel I’m eating too many rubbishy snacks.
I like the sound of the No S diet as it isn’t a diet, just sensible eating and changing habits. I also need to quit eating sweet treats every day as I have been
. So hoping this will help.
