knitting I've just read your other thread and it really resonated with me. I am all about nourishment these days. The most nourishing options are usually the healthiest and most satiating. They aren't necessarily the lowest calorie options but that's fine because they keep you going for longer.
I'm feeling good at the moment, working towards a mini goal on the weight front and hoping to get there soon..... but still enjoyed my slice of homemade cake today
