I have completely stalled! I'm going ok on the eating (although I've just had a chocolate hobnob
) and am still exercising 5-6 times a week, but just not shifting the weight. I seem to have reached a plateau.
My BMI is now 25, so at the very top of acceptable. I was aiming to give myself a bit of wriggle room, so would like to drop a few more lb.
Feeling a bit meh about it all today.
Perhaps I just need to cut out the wine for a bit, and cut down on my portion sizes a bit more.
