I'm usually up at 6 so breakfast by about 7:30-8:00. Lunch by 2:00 same as if I was at work although yesterday it was 1:00 as I was so hungry and then dinner between 7:00-9:00. But as I'm going to bed later I'm hungry again before I go to sleep sometimes.
I've had a yogurt with dried fruit and nuts this morning and will have a cooked breakfast at 11:00 as I'm going out. That will mean either a snack when I get home or a very long wait til dinner.

Ariston I totally get the comfort eating. When I'm stressed out it still draws me to the kitchen cupboards browsing even though I'm not hungry and have to give myself a shake.

AristonAndOn · 31/05/2017 12:39

Thanks for help. A project is an idea, though my two little ones don't always allow for concentrated work. I've never done the tick and cross thing on a calender for good and bad days, but I think i need to. I promised myself this wouldn't happen and every day I'm having more and more S's. Sorry I am having another flap again. This comfort eating has been going on for years, so I should expect some wobbles still after 5 months. I've had a few wobbles and got it back on track so I can do this!

I have had a serious fall if my we diet and need something to kickstart me . I have read a bit of this and like it. THe noS diet then means no sugar ? Does that include fruit and say natural yoghurt . I love fruit and eat loads. But I eat lot of ww snacks , biscuits and bars and just feel rotten . I need to do something differently

twofloorsup · 31/05/2017 19:50

Bluepetal I believe it is no snacks no seconds and no sweets.
So it has to fit on one plate per meal and no sweet I think means nothing that you would count as pudding.
Fruit is fine and so is natural yogurt.
There is a forum if you google and it has a lot more information on there.

beela · 31/05/2017 21:36

Bluepetal here you go:
There are just three rules and one exception:

No Snacks
No Sweets
No Seconds
Except (sometimes) on days that start with "S"

That's it.

(From the no s website - worth a read, loads more info there).

Day 3 of being strict has been ok. I had some stewed rhubarb as part of my tea... I think that's ok??! Been swimming too.

beela · 31/05/2017 21:37

Ariston you can 100% do this. Of course it will take time but you are getting there I am sure Smile

Bluepetal1 · 31/05/2017 22:22

Oh lol I thought it meant no sugar . Hahahaha . Ok no snacks seconds or sweets . sounds interesting and I will check that out

beela · 01/06/2017 21:24

Not quite so good today.... had to split my tea in to two, so it felt a bit snacky. Plus a fairy cake (half term baking). Will try to weigh in tomorrow and see if super strict week has made any difference Confused

twofloorsup · 01/06/2017 22:17

I've been better today Beela but I think it's because I've been busy.
Fasting now for a blood test tomorrow Confused

AristonAndOn · 01/06/2017 23:11

Well done Beela on your strict week. I've had the worst I think. So much going on. Need a perfect day to gain confidence again.

beela · 02/06/2017 06:31

ariston today!

Good luck with the blood test two.

beela · 02/06/2017 13:31

Super strict week: lost a kilo! And feel more in control now.

twofloorsup · 02/06/2017 15:47

Wow well done Beela !!

AristonAndOn · 02/06/2017 19:51

Well done Beela! 💐 I'm going to try to work at getting your focus. I've put on this week, but I feel better today because I've been in control. It's amazing how feeling in control can make you feel much happier.

twofloorsup · 02/06/2017 23:27

So true Ariston. Well done.

beela · 03/06/2017 06:40

Glad you are feeling better about things ariston Smile

AristonAndOn · 03/06/2017 10:39

Thank you. After eating more, I'm now physically more hungry again.

PosiePootlePerkins · 04/06/2017 12:20

Hey everyone. Just catching up with all your posts. It is confession time for me! Just back from our camping trip and I have not managed to stick to plan at all. I went into holiday head mode and indulged in many Ss! I have stepped on the scales and have put on 1lb so not too worried, more worried about how quickly I can slip back into the bad old habits. Ariston sorry to hear you are struggling, it sounds like something you can climb back out of, just don't be too hard on yourself. You are definitely not alone in turning to food, I understand completely the mindset of wanting to comfort eat. Beela congrats on the fantastic weight lossStar two I hope you survived the fasting! Bluepetal welcome!
Have a lovely Sunday everyoneSmile

Hi Posie glad you enjoyed yourself now it's just "mark it and move on" time Smile
I did indeed survive it.
I've been having a fruit and veg smoothie for lunch a few days this week. It amazes me how long it keeps me full on so few calories !
I think I've been overdoing the good fats so trying to get a grip on that now.

AristonAndOn · 04/06/2017 13:41

Welcome back! It's so easy to get into holiday head! I put two pound on this week, but have recovered it so I'm relieved, though annoyed it myself. I must have a go at smoothies, I've got a nutribullet but never made one I actually like!

PosiePootlePerkins · 04/06/2017 13:44

Ariston well done for getting back on track, I hope to be feeling a similar sense of relief soon!
Two the smoothies sound good. Can I ask what you put in them/how you make them? (Smoothie novice here!Grin)

twofloorsup · 04/06/2017 16:05

I am quite revolting and put in kale , almond milk , Greek yogurt, frozen fruit and sometimes fresh fruit if I have any going manky Smile

PosiePootlePerkins · 04/06/2017 22:00

Ooh not sure I could manage kale! But the rest sounds yummy. Will have a google of some recipes.

OP posts:
twofloorsup · 04/06/2017 22:33

You can't really taste any one flavour though Posie so as long as you have something sweet in there it's fine.

AristonAndOn · 04/06/2017 23:22

I can cope with taste, it's the texture I struggle with.
