Right. Chin UP missy, we are playing a long and confusing game here with a scoring system more incomprehensible than QI's, and the only rule we have is that we don't give up! Having an off-day isn't giving up or failing: it's slipping off the wagon slightly, and the only, only sensible response to that happening (it will happen, it happens to every single one of us) is to brush it off and get straight back on.
2kg in 2 weeks is spectacular, and I think you should be thrilled with yourself for that! If you read back over the thread you'll see all sorts of stalls, inexplicable gains, inexplicable losses, sudden "whooshes" - you just need to cling to what you've achieved so far until the Scale Lord decides to honour you with another loss
FWIW I have more or less pre-designated "good days" and "bad days", and I'm still losing (veeeery sloooowly). I only feel bad when a "good day" goes south, so I do know how you feel, but please don't think you need to be Pollyanna-Perfect 100% of the time to see a loss: it simply isn't true, and if you don't give yourself a pass from time to time you're likely to fling yourself off the wagon so hard you'll be scared of getting back on it.
Be kind to yourself. Keep at it and keep posting here, even just to brag about a good food-day or an exercise win, that's what we're here for
