Any suggestions on how to get stubborn tummy fat?
I have no idea, but the Internet is always trying to sell me the secret.

Thank you all for your kind wishes :) He has stomach cancer and is struggling to eat and maintain weight, so weirdly close to subject matter of the thread. I wish he had his big belly back :(
Anyway, I had another barely eating Tuesday. It's like an accidental fast day, except I crack around 6pm and eat crisps 
Inspired by BOOP I have started a training programme to decrease my 10K time. Have no idea what I'm doing. Probably need a running watch so I can estimate my pace.
I did a mile rep run yesterday. Today I feel like I was drinking last night. Guess I didn't rehydrate yesterday.
I was at a networking event last night and didn't have any pizza. I've started eating before I head out to things like that. A tummy full of salmon and rice definitely helps with resistance.
