stagger to where ever I've managed to cadge a bed (or hotel if I can't cadge one! )

Then home on the train the follow ing afternoon!

Ohhh, it's so long since I've had a social life to rival my daughter's!!!!!

I went to the first 'Inch Loss programme' meeting at the gym today (they postponed it for a couple of weeks and now they're giving it to us free as long as we write glowing testimonials at the end!!! [hmmm] Still if it gives me a kick up the bum and doesn't cost me anything who am I to complain!

It's based on GI stuff so just a case of swopping out high GI from your diet and swopping in Low GI. Fairly basic and, with a few exceptions, pretty much what I do when I'm actually motivated to attempt to eat healthily!

they are also (suprise, suprise) putting a lot of emphasis on exercise to boost metabolic rates etc. But as this means they'll be looking at what I'm doing at the gym and helping me to modify/tweak it so that my exercise is a little more effective I'm quite chuffed! now just have to see if it works!

They measured us today though and I have to say my bum and thighs are fairly hefty

OK - I'm confused. Are we going to each go to our nearest Mile for Maude and have the BigMoFos meet up on another day? Sorry if I'm being dim.

Oh, by the way, have weighed, and am very annoyed because I've stayed the same YET AGAIN. At least I haven't put on, I guess.

Well 12th May is my sisters birthday so may well be doing something with her so not a good day for me. So I will definitely be going to the Richmond Park walk.

I haven't weighed either - just forgot it was thursday and know I have put on as I haven't stopped eating. I really hope I calm down next week as I don't want to put ot all back on again

Think I will weigh myself tomorrow so I know where I am and don't pretend its not happening.

Hiya ladies

Went to SS this evening convinced i had laso 1/2lb at most and i managed 4.5lbs(god knows how)

I am soooo jealous of all of you meeting up you better take some pics and put them on here so i can see you all if i can't meet you!!

How is MrsJC btw? Have i missed anything???

I want to be "good" till my dress fittings and look fab when i get married,hope after the wededing i can continue to lose weight and feel as god as i do now.

Wow, some great losses this week

I have lost 2½ lbs this week, I am chuffed with that but given that I'm sat here with a tube of Mini Eggs in front of me I rather suspect that there won't be a loss next week

Well done Dotty, Fauve, Agalch & Cheesy

I managed a 1/2lb loss this week - which was quite amazing considering all the food I've consumed (cinema goodies, Sunday Roast with pud & chocolate truffle cake). I have a feeling it might catch up with me next week though!

Would love to join you guys for a meet up, but would be a bit to far for me .
