Hello Ladies,

Keep meaning to pop on and say hi!
Sue congratulations on Daniel and glad you got back safely
As you may guess from my name change I got a BFP a couple of weeks ago!

I expect after the LO is born I will have to crack down and make a real effort to shed the weight!

suejonezisdanielsmummy · 05/02/2007 19:57

It's just that Saturday is looking generally more popular than Friday but a lot of people are booked in March on various Saturdays. How about Saturdays in April afetr Easter (I assume people are busy Easter weekend)

Lets keep voting and if Saturday looks most popular lets poll a date and place (Ill keep the voting open for a day or two say until Wednesday and we can poll date and place on next weeks thread.

WigWamBam · 05/02/2007 19:58

Oh, huge congratulations, Whoops! How far on are you?

I'm about 6 weeks so still early days! but really excited even though it os number 3!

suejonezisdanielsmummy · 05/02/2007 19:59

Oh congrats Whoopsie!

Do you want to join our meet-up as a temporarily suspended member?

Agalch - we could videoconference you in (or you and Schneebly could have a Scottish sub-division)

WigWamBam · 05/02/2007 20:00

Oooh, I love the idea of a video conference for the Scottish contingent

Thanks I would love to come to the meet up but unfotunately I need to save all my holidays for covering school holidays for ds now! (unless it's at a weekend!)

suejonezisdanielsmummy · 05/02/2007 20:05

May well be a Sat, Whoops so get your vote in now...

whoopswithminiwhoopstinybump · 05/02/2007 20:10

FRIDAY
suejonez
Dottydot - can't do March 30th
JackieNo (if I take a day off work, and I'll have to leave not long after 2pm to get back to pick up DD from school at 3pm)
Fauve - can only do a short day, must pick up dd at 3.25pm
WWB: Not a hope.
Littlemisssensible - Not a hope (forgot I've offered to do Lent Lunches )

SATURDAY
suejonez
Dottydot - can't do March 3rd, 10th or 31st
JackieNo
Fauve - can't do March 3rd or 17th
WWB - OK at the moment for any Saturday in March as far as I know.
Littlemisssensible - except 24th and 31st (could do 24th at a push if I missed Sunday school meeting )

There we go
Can I check with or without dc's?!

Fauve · 06/02/2007 00:57

Any Saturday in April after Easter would be fine for me...

Dottydot · 06/02/2007 09:56

Maybe we should set a Saturday in April/May that everyone can try and keep free?

No more running since Sunday - my legs are just starting to recover!! Back in the zone eating-wise - being horribly good and shall throw a huge strop if I haven't lost weight on Thursday!

JackieNo · 06/02/2007 10:23

I think it could be with or without DCs - I suspect DD would love to come, but I probably would try not to bring her if she was going to be the only child there. The only person it would be compulsory for would be suejonez - we all want to see Daniel.

Dottydot · 06/02/2007 10:26

I obviously don't mind if other people bring children but I definitely won't be!! I've already asked dp if I can come out to play with you lot - it'll be a real treat!!!

whoopswithminiwhoopstinybump · 06/02/2007 10:26

I was thinking I'm more likely to be allowed out if I brought dd!

littlemisssensible · 06/02/2007 11:58

Hi All, Congrats Whoops!

I could do any Friday after Easter and any Saturday except 14th.

As to children, I'm happy for children to be there but like DottyDot I'm looking forward to coming out to play on my own!!!

I'm pretty free in May too, although there is another meet I've signed up to which is either 5th or 12th May!

Fauve · 06/02/2007 12:44

My kids wouldn't dream of coming out with their old mum...I would embarrass them.

Fridays in April are also OK for me; and I can do any Saturday in May, and any Friday in May except 4 May.

Littlefish · 06/02/2007 14:25
suejonezisdanielsmummy · 06/02/2007 22:10

Did you find your diary, Littlefish?

Dottydot · 07/02/2007 13:05

I can tell I'm having a really good week eating-wise, 'cos every day seems so bloody long..!

My new strategy is to have a drink every hour - no sugar high juice or coffee (not as good as water, I know), but I can't believe it's only 1pm and I've already had lunch!!!

How about setting aside a Saturday in May - how about seeing if everyone who wants to come can do May 12th? (Sorry for being bossy - this is what I'm like at work all the time... ).

WigWamBam · 07/02/2007 13:08

The only Saturday in May that I know I couldn't do would be the 19th - dd's birthday, I'd never be forgiven!

OP posts:
JackieNo · 07/02/2007 13:10

Dottydot - good idea - will check on the calendar etc when I get home from work.

whoopswithminiwhoopstinybump · 07/02/2007 13:21

I can't make the 12th May as it is my wedding aniversary and don't think dh would be too pleased! (even though I am also going to a wedding reception without him that night!!)

Fauve · 07/02/2007 13:43

I can do any Saturday in May
