I'm glad I went for a swim and even happier I went to a different leisure centre - it was so much nicer and modern! Changing rooms were posh, they had proper branded hairdryers that you didn't have to play for, much quieter, no windows connecting gym and pool so people couldn't see you, lovely showers with doors not shower curtains, and a proper cafe instead of crappy vending machines perhaps the last one not so good, I hardly ever get tempted by vending machines but the smell from the cafe lured me in

Had 4 dairybox chocolates - 200
Cookie -428 [shocked]
Tea - pasta and meatballs and veg, no cherry tomatos as someone (dad) ate them all so that was 507 instead. Taking my total to 1524. Tomorrow am having porridge, jam and tea for breakfast, leftover pasta and meatvalls for lunch, no clue what's for tea as I won't be cooking it - mam is and will probably be either German potato pancakes (gorgeous things, my gran was from Germany origionally so that's where the recipe comes from) or the less exciting but still nice cottage pie and veg.
