And anyone else who wants to join in. The idea of this thread is a way to record weightloss, motivate each other, discuss which methods if any we are using to lose weight and give the occasional kick up the bum.

Right you lot. I was going to wait until new year to start this thread but I think that if I'm going to have my head in the right place to start, I need your help now. I haven't weighed yet I'll do that on the 1st but I think I probably have 2 1/2 stone to lose. Last time I had 3st to lose so I'm seeing that as a postitive.

So, are any of you still out there? Who'd like to join me? Xmas Grin

Wow kato and Hair that's really impressive, you're putting me to shame Blush . I've been relatively good today, only 2.5 after eights on the sneaky side. Did a cheeky weigh in this morning and put on 1 lb so really must get back into the swing of things.

Hello hello new members, sorry for being impolite and not waving before Blush . Great to see you here. This thread has magic powers I swear! I never would have managed to lose as much as I have without the help of the wonderful ladies on here.

I won't be so good later. Dh has made up a curry from his Christmas hamper from one of the Spicery kits I got through reastie's bargain threads. It's full of coconut milk, reduced fat but still. That wasn't very well thought out of me was it?

For my birthday at work my friend got me a braid dairy milk with Oreo in it. I told her I'd already opened it by lunchtime. At 4pm she knocked the door to my office to pinch a square... Guess who had a red face?

Lovely to see you all again, and nice to hear about IMST :) You are all doing so wekk. I weighed the other day, clothed and at the end of the day, think I was 12 and a half stone. Not good but not horrendous either. Keep trying to convince myself that I on;y have a few pounds to shift (about 26!) but I am REALLY struggling to get motivated. Today is a write off. Can't do shred as I spend the first hour of each morning hacking my guts up (sorry). I'm hoping the return to 'normality' on Monday will spur me into action. :( Wise words gratefully received. I know what I need to do. My trousers are tight :(

Kato yes, I'm the same, tis why I don't usually allow nice things in the house that I can eat (remember I'm gluten free? This is a great way to have junk that I can't eat for DH!) . I had 1/2 after eight as yesterday I only had half after eating a few OK quite a lot of a 'christmas pudding' flavour chocolate bar and needed mmooorrreeee chocolate Blush . Feeling pleased as no more chocolate since after eights earlier. Will power is being strong! Had some nuts and raisins and yoghurt for pudding tonight. I know not that low fat, but has various minerals and other good stuff in and hopefully keep me full up.

stealth weigh ins NEVER count at the end of the day with clothes on. Just use that as a guide and weigh post poo naked first thing Grin . Can you do shred later in the day?

I would like to join the club please. I am the biggest i have ever been and am scared to get on the scales. I will weigh myself on Monday and enter my details.

At the moment i don't know what diet to follow but am in need of inspiration and support and thought that maybe with other people i will be able to do it

I did really well last year in the thread and then fell off it when my mum was ill over the summer, and put it all back on. Blush

Remember the jeans?? I am still wearing the size 18 that were my first goal, but they are a bit tight. I bought a size 16 that are sitting in the cupboard, and have never got near them. So..

Size 16 jeans. Goal number 1. 2014 is the year!

I will start on Monday as school goes back, and real life returns. We are dog sitting for a week too, so as long as we can find a dry patch, I will do a long healthy walk on Monday!

There was no gravy Kato but there was hash browns and cheese, not sure it was worth wasting 2 days of being good for but my god that first bite was damn good! I've decided I will have another day of eating what I want before doing a reweigh and starting again 2mo when most others will be too.

Morning everyone. Well I managed to eat the last of my chocolate last night. It was a chore I tell ya!

I'm all set for tomorrow. I think my head is in a good place and it will be good to get back to routine. I feel I have more control and I know when my danger times are so I can be prepared.

I have a last day of lazy planned where I hope to do not very much. Ds2 slept until 8:45 again. It's so strange and it makes me slightly nervous as it's very out of character. I am enjoying the lie ins though.

I got the time wrong for spin class, so just went to the gym instead. Think I need to amend my programme again because my weights are too heavy again!! Scary how quick you get out of something without realising! Hopefully will appreciate it more when I reach these levels again!

Toast and pb for brekkers, another berry protein shake for lunch and a beef stew in the slow cooker for dinner. We are going to walk to the chippy to get chips to have with it but it's a fair walk and I'll only have a token amount (honest guv!)

2 after eights and 2 chocolate coins for my choccie fix today. Argh, they have been calling me all day I tell you.

Did insanity asylum dvd today but tbh I think it might be a bit too hard for me. It feels like insanity regular is harder as I join in more IYKWIM. There was a lot of standing being too puffed to do much today so not sure how much of a workout I got.

Made a big batch of veggie salad for the next couple of days for lunch fo feeling fairly well planned. Feeling quite sad I'll be back to work this week though Sad .

Going to do ww at home as have all books etc. rejoined gym today so going there 5 x a week. Well in theory anyway.

Am embarrassed to have gotten in this state and can't blame baby weight as said babe is now 1 !!!

Will check in with weight tomorrow !!

Steppen nice to see you again, I hope your mum is well.
I have had one last big day of munching before I fail try again tomorrow. Back to work and school, hoping normality and meal planning makes it easy. I just need to get through the first few days and then my own weight loss motivates me. Think I am 12st6 - I just tried again on the scales and was 12st8 with all clothes
We go to a café every time we go to town, and they do legendary scones - literally because they never actually have any, they must sell like hot, erm, scones within the first half hour of them opening. Today (post Christmas lull) they had some :o It was well worth the 700 calories, or whatever it was.

Yes. I'm weighing tomorrow. Can't put it off forever.

Not had the lasagne yet as dh is watching football so by the time the younger dcs are in bed it'll be a late dinner.

I will report back though and if it's any good I'll let you have the recipe. I know it's meat free but no idea about gluten.

Doh fat fingers !! Sorry. Well just had last bit of choc pudding and Stilton and then it's bed and no more bad eating.
All my friends are slim and gorgeous and I am not !!

All my clothes are 10/12 so need to get back in them by summer. Feel better after reading this thread and motivated
