I?m totally in holiday mood which is having a negative impact on my diet. I also have really bad stomach pains which I?m guessing is down to my change in diet or stress. Gah.
Weds:
B ? soft boiled egg, half a slice of toast, small glass of orange juice
L ? Spicy chicken wrap with salad which was so awful I binned half of it
D ? BBQ pork ribs with salad followed by cheese and crackers
S ? shortbread & about half a bottle of white wine
Yesterday:
B ? croissant
L ? mugshot!
D ? Chicken tikka chilli massala, rice, poppadum, ¼ of a naan bread. Yep, a takeaway!
S ? Ready salted crisps, wispa, 1 double chocolate digestive biscuit, 1 small glass of wine
So REALLY REALLY healthy. I?m so cross with myself actually. Why am I doing this after all my hard work?

I should be going to see friends at the pub tonight but I?ve got too much to do at home ? like pack a case, clean the house, do my nails, etc. My head is swimming with how much needs doing at work and home. Must make another list actually!
