Weekend food diary (gulp)
Saturday:
B ? croissant
L ? Hamburger and medium fries courtesy of McDonalds
D ? Steak and ale pie with mash
S ? half bag of quavers, tea, water, 2 glasses of cava, 1 diet coke, 1 redbull
Sunday:
B ? chocolate crunch cereal (which I didn?t really like)
L/D ? BBQ time! Olives, ciabatta, Doritos, dips, salad with feta, corn on the cob, pasta salad, lamb, pork ribs, tomato and onion salad, potatoes.
S ? copious amounts of wine, a milk lolly
Monday:
B ? fried egg and sausage
D ? BBQ! Salad, corn on the cob, 2 sausages, chicken drumstick
S ? half a bottle of white wine, Doritos and dips, 2 milk lollies, lots of orange juice
Surprisingly I?m still weighing in at 8st 12lbs.
Today:
B ? soft boiled egg, half a slice of toast, small glass of orange juice
L ? mugshot. Couldn?t be bothered to make lunch last night
D ? chicken fajitas! Totally unhealthy but one of my favourite dinners and I haven?t had it for ages!
S ? tea, water, grapes
I?m shattered this morning ? stupidly burnt my legs yesterday (sat in the garden all day doing nothing but reading a book, heaven) and didn?t sleep at all well last night. Busy day at work ahead but I?m hoping to get home at a reasonable time to do some exercise.
Aiming to be 8st 10lbs by the end of the week.
