Well done for starting the new thread, will be over there tomorrow probably (I have my WI tomorrow night, oooeer).
Soooo
Not too bad on Friday. Had meal out on Sat night but made some good choices, I hope, rather a lot of the old vino and probably several days worth of HEas on the cheese front...
Yesterday:
B: Cheese (HEa) and chive omelet
L: mugshot (I know, I go on about not liking them, then eat them)
D: pasta with puttanesca sauce, olive oil stirred in as Heb, salad, no cheese
A few drinks but not too many, mullerlights.
But best of all, did quite a bit of walking, and played football for half an hour with DS. Most unlike me, but enjoyable
Today:
B: left over pasta
L: cod with spinach and green beans - so far so good but it came in a very rich sauce, which I left, but probably a couple of syns along the way
D: SW cottage pie, I think, haven't decided yet
Snacks: hifi bar (HeB), oranges
I have had a mixed week, feel much more up for it than over the past few weeks, but am nervous that I'll have gained or STS again. Tomorrow will be a day of soup and tea in the hope that by the evening I'm not just full of food!
