Oh today was going so well. Notice I am saying 'was'.
Porridge for breakfast. (1 syn for sugar)
Banana, grapes and Satsuma for snacks.
Jacket potato and beans for lunch.
4 finger kit kat (11 syns I think)
Then it all went downhill;
Snacked on fruit and chopped pepper whilst cooking and had a very SW friendly stir fry of quorn chunks, rice, egg and onion with soy sauce.
Than made the huge mistake of making drop scones for my children. I ate about 5 of them (they are tiny though) with a few mouthfuls of Nutella thrown in for good measure. Oh dear.
Than I started scoffing nuts and even had a Lindt choc.
Evening bingeing is my downfall. I don't know why I do it. Its just a habit. As ridiculous as it sounds I find dealing with the children at that time so stressful. Cooking a meal, stopping them fighting, the bathing, the whole putting to bed thing.
So I need find answers; I was hungry at work so went straight for the kit kat but should have had fruit. I should also insist on fruit for after meals as the children barely eat any fruit and clearly cooking drop scones is not a good idea when on a diet!
