Hit my interim target last week, after losing 3stone 10lbs. I'm now 10stone 7 and trying to figure out what I'd like to slim to. I would like to lose more however I hadn't really thought about a final target weight, it just seemed so far away IYSWIM??
Can't seem to stop eating this week too!
Not sure what's wrong with me, although I am trying to stick to superfree snacking. So today....
B Pineapple (about half!!
) and a kiwi fruit
L Mixed pepper stir fry with 2 sliced boiled eggs. Pear for dessert
D Salad: lettuce, carrot, beetroot, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, wholemeal pasta, 2 BBQ Sticky Quorn Fillets. Mullerlight with pudding rice for dessert (slightly obsessed with this since discovering its just like rice pudding, my fave!)
S Apple. Dime Bar. Cadbury Hilight.
How does that sound?? It seems the longer I go on, the more I question myself. Possibly because its becoming harder to lose now. I just don't want to hit a point where I'm obsessing about food - calories, weighing etc. I love that with Slimming World it isn't necessary. I'd like a nice healthy relationship with food if possible!!
