Hermione go onto 'goals' it will be at the top above the status update bit when you are on 'my home'.
When you click on it it will give you the choice of guided or custom, custom you make it up yourself, guided it does it for you which I prefer :)

HHH go to settings then update diet/fitness profile and put in sedentary and lose 1lb a week to start and see what number it works out for you!

I have been using MFP but am worried if I added you lot, you'd be able to see how much I weigh!
Can friends on the app see how much each other weighs?

Only weightloss is visible to others even friends mygirllollipop so don't worry. Even if it was were all here for the same reasons and no one would judge :)

I've upped my cals from 1200 as I wasnt losing at all even though I've lost inches through exercise.
I always eat back my exercise cals but I've decided to eat a bit more

I think because I don't have much to lose my bod will want to hold on to it!

How do you change your cal intake? I'm pretty new to it and also how do I factor in breastfeeding now? It used to be in the food bit but now comes up with n/a..
Had a really bad day today, totally pigged out. Need to get more self control

I don't know how to do it manually but if you change your desired weightloss or activity level it will change. On my phone app breastfeeding is still under food, just tried it and you can go into the meal you like and search breastfeeding.

Yeah it's still there but doesn't take the calories off anymore iyswim?
Ok thanks I thought maybe there was a manual way of changing it. I only ever use the app so thought it might have been through the website or something.

Can anyone help me with a question? I logged on to the website for the first time to change my username to the same as on here. Since then every time I open the app I have to sign in with my password. I can't see a box to tick to 'save password'. It's not the end of the world, just annoying when I'm in a rush!

Hello all. I am on Day 2 New to MFP but really like the look of it.

Haven't had a good look at it all yet, but I think I can do it. I am coming off some tablets that made me put on weight so I think it's now or never.
