Hello - I'd love to join this thread as I want to use MFP to lose a stone.
I just tried to download the iPhone app, but it went to "update" instead and I realised I've had it on my phone for TWO YEARS without using it!
The News page is just a litany of all the times I haven't logged in.
Please add me to your MFP friends. I'm encouraged by the stat that says MFP users with friends lose 3x weight as those going it alone. Maybe you'll all help me to remember to log in!
Anyway, I'm on 1200 cals a day (did I set that, or does it calculate it for you|) and my goal is to lose 14lb, and get to the gym 4x week. (I think the old, healthier, me added that goal. The new, unfit, me would be happy just to get off the sofa 4x week.)
I have a big holiday in August 27 and would love to have crashed off 5-7lbs by then.
