vnmum I would look up the values of the turkey, yorkshires etc before you go and then on the day try and fill up on the veg to help keep the value down then you can enjoy your mince pies 
Furball sorry you don't find esource helpful, I'd honestly be lost with it, I use it everyday and now with the iPhone app it's even easier to keep on track as all the info I need is right at my fingertips. Do you not find the tracking useful?
