Right I need some moral support as I fancy giving this a go to lose weight. Anyone else fancy joining in?

Am now on Week 8 running 28 mins non stop. If I can do it honestly anyone can. It's so much easier now. I don't find it difficult at all. Keep going

Ok so I really should try week 5 day 3. It does scare the hell out of me. Thanks Linda I might try this afternoon. I am usually shattered after 8 mins but we will see. I have come this far already.....

I did the 20 mins v v slowly buy I did it. I did a few steps walking but mainly ran.

I've lost the other thread so I'll join in here! I've reached Week 5 but have had a cold and the weather's been terrible so have been finding every excuse to avoid the 3rd run!

Hello, everyone. lol Panzee - snap have also lost other thread - You were a run in front of me!!. I did week 5.3 20 minutes of hell last week - has been too cold to run since than and I understand there is on one more walk/run/walk type run left then it's constant running!

re did week 5 run 1 today after another week off and i felt really light on my feet and had to increase speed on treadmill. maybe the break has done me good.
