Hi everyone - big well done on all the losses and continued commitment despite the heat!

have plateaued a little the last couple of weeks, which is really annoying as am flirting with being in the 10 stones, managing it for a day then going back up by 0.25/0.5 lbs into the 11s. Annoying but historically this is where my weight sits naturally (even though I’m still above a healthy BMI). Really hoping to drop down a few pounds before a holiday in 2 weeks so have some wiggle room for a slight gain whilst we’re away, without going too far back into the 11s and becoming disheartened. Heat hasn’t helped, plus menstrual migraines last week, so exercise went to the bottom of the priority list. Suspect this may be the case for much of the summer holidays, with 4 children at home!

have been taking 2.5 since starting at the end of April, but this week did 37 clicks of a 5mg pen (so probably around 3ish). Would say suppression is ok on 2.5 but am calorie counting everything and exercising as much as possible so think that’s making the real difference. Just hoping the little extra this week will help me get comfortably into the 10s 🤞🏻

total loss so far 1st 7 lbs, hoping to lose at least another 7 lbs, possibly up to 14lbs, to get me to a healthy BMI, but will see how my journey continues!

Is everyone who stretches out a pen for longer than 30 days keeping it in the fridge?
Yes, I've kept my pens in the fridge. With my 5mg I used 3mg, 3mg, 4mg then then 5mg, 5mg, 5mg so 6 weeks worth.

I’ve been a bit AWOL recently, but now been catching up with the success stories and questions.

I’ve been on 2.5 for three months and have got an upcoming conversation with the pharmacist about next dose. I regained half a kilo this week so I think I’ve pushed the 2.5 as far as it will go in terms of reprogramming my set point and am now committed to ordering the 5mg.

I want to go up slowly so first 3.75 and see how I go. I have a box of the needles. I just want to check that I won’t end up being ‘locked out’ after four doses of 3.75. Are there basically 240 clicks in a pen that can be divided up into as many doses as desired?

Also, has anyone had trouble with their eyes whilst on the MJ? For some reason, I am totally paranoid about causing vision problems.

Yes, my eyes have been worse since I've been on it. I'm long-sighted, only wear glasses for reading. I used to be able to read the telly but I can't any more. Ive seen it listed somewhere as a side-effect

yes I always keep my pens in the fridge. being scrupulously clean around using the wipes and quick out, inject, and back. the 5 mg I am using at 2.5 so should have 10 weeks in there as seems to be an old style
