Oh, I just saw someone promoting their book on another weight loss thread- surely must be the same person.

I started mid May and loving it so far. I felt so clear headed and peaceful straight away but there has been a big decline in suppression so slowly building up my doses now. I was hoping to be one of those people who stay on 2.5. I have a lot to loose. First time posting on this chat but have been following. I use MedExpress. My move from 2.5mg to 3.75mg is not going well. I’ve been on the loo all night 😬😬

I've posted this multiple times, but I had a terrible evening after 4x 2.5mg to using the golden dose which was 3.8mg. D&V, stomach pain and barely able to tolerate even sips of water. I honestly thought I either had norovirus or somehow tripled the dose!

I then bought a 5mg pen and did 3mg, 3mg and last week 4mg. I've felt absolutely fine and no bad symptoms at all! Just letting you know that it might just be a one off from the higher dose. I hope you are feeling better soon x

I have been on 2.5mg for two months. I waited until I was getting no suppression to move up so I hoped I would be okay but wow, that was a long night. Thats reassuring to hear it was a one off for you, fingers crossed today is a lot better!

Ooof not the time to read any of that. I’m going to do 3.75mg today as I need to move up I think. I’ve done 7 doses of 2.5mg and the supression is going for me. Today I’m going to try to do 2.5mg and then 30 clicks from a 2.5mg pen to get 3.75mg and hope I’m not too ill with it. Then I might go to 5mg just waiting for the 5mg pen to arrive….

I went to 3.75 this week. I jabbed on Sunday and had no side effects at all. In fact I have a fair bit of hunger creeping back in today so I’m considering going straight up to 5mg this weekend. It’s so interesting how everyone is different!

I was really rough when I went up to 5. Had to have a week off of it until my tummy settled

Weird isn’t it. My husband went straight from 2.5 to 5 last week and was fine as well!

I’ve changed every month too and I will be finding my 4th provider next week! Who did you use for that price? I’ve already used Lotus, medicine marketplace and Bolt! Just an FYI on Bolt, you can pause the subscription on your account as soon as you have ordered and even if you forget, you don’t get sent your next pen unless you complete the info so you can still do it as a one off (I used them last month)

when you say 'as a one off' do you mean that they renew your subscription discount when you restart again?

I’m back in the UK now, almost home from airport…cannot think of anything worse than the scales right now but I think I’m going to jump
on as soon as I get home so that it doesn’t feel as awful in the morning as it’ll be lower.

@Borededgood luck. Just remember if you hammer the water over the next 48 hours you’ll easily get rid of the majority of any gain as it will be water weight / plane weight! Hope you had a good holiday!

3.6lb up, so tomorrow it’ll be closer to 2 I suspect. That will be gone by Monday as it is just junk that is in my digestive system. I was very dehydrated when I set off because I was intentionally trying to create a buffer to play with while I was away.

I wanted to lose 2st by the time I went, but I got past it by a little bit, so the new target was to come back still with the 2st. If I am 1.2 down overnight then I have stayed within the 2st so I think I’ll be fine.
