I’ve finally taken the plunge and just ordered Wegovy from Asda pharmacy. All been well it should be ready for collection on Tuesday so it would be great to hear from anyone else who has just started or is about start their WLI/Weygovy journey.
I’m very nervous and haven’t told anyone, but I’ve just failed at my 3rd diet attempt this year and feeling horribly self-conscious about my weight and dreading the summer so just thought fuck it, I’m going to give it a go.

I’m smiling for both of you.
@DreamingOfGeneHunt and @VividDeer what are your goal weights?

DreamingOfGeneHunt · Yesterday 15:32

@BreakingBroken for now my goal is 14 stone. I'm hoping eventually to get down to 11.

i'm motivated by updating my wardrobe in the near future and by getting that fitness level up to where i'd like it (a better than average for my age).
i had a really productive day yesterday and knew it would be reflected on the scale (did not disappoint).
along with some help from a friend together we did 3 hours of yard work loads of squatting lifting and balancing on unsteady rocky landscaping. I fit in a walk and have been getting well over 10,000 steps a day in PLUS a quick 15 minute online fitness video with some resistance bands.
how is everyone getting along? fitness, food etc.
my go to is a protein and fiber powder drink at lunch 21gm of protein, 7 grams of fiber all for 170 calories, i always pop in some extra's (banana, berries etc.)
usual day breakfast 250 calories, lunch certainly under 250, supper 500 with one mid day snack in the 100 range.
what's motivating to others?
how goes the meal planning?
