That's the best explanation I've seen, @QueenOfHiraeth. I find it helpful to understand a bit more about behind the scenes.

It was with one of their brand ambassadors on TikTok.

It was mostly just talking about the benefits of Wegovy and how to switch over.

Maintenance codes will be changing so it's only £x amount off an order, rather than a %.

Regular codes can be used on all WLI, not just mounjaro.

Orders have been changed to 2 pens every 30 days, but I think that's already been mentioned on the previous thread.

Eli Lilly are limiting the amount of stock they can purchase and deliveries are coming in significantly less than expected.

Pharmacists who have previously been carrying out weight verification calls have been moved to customer support due to the influx of orders. They're experiencing a 30% increase in orders compared to normal so they're absolutely swamped right now.

I think that was everything.

Cloud are impossible to contact .
They took my money a week ago .
Getting conflicting emails from them.
One says it approved, then another came saying rejected .
Look on my account and says preparing for dispatch .
No sense in any of that .
Tried emailing, ringing..nothing , cant get through .
It conflicting and confusing .
I cant afford to keep having money being held in different places ( well one other ) , £400 is a lot of money to me

I also agree with your pricing/profit detail of your other post and how much potential profit some of these pharmacies were potentially making selling 100 pens a day across 5 working business days.

It's been lucrative business for them and this has certainly upset the apple cart.

I don't see if all as plain sailing for them going forward either especially since so many customers have stocked up ahead of this price rise, so many are going to reconsider their options, so many are not going to start, so many are going to make pens last longer etc etc.

Now been rejected…no explanation at all.

Was looking at a 15mg so i can lower my dose when i have reached goal and trying to get it before the price increase .
They keep your money for ages though and with it being bank holiday , wont get it back till end of next week i dont think

They approved mine , took my money , then said it was rejected two days later

Are you already on 12.5? Otherwise that might be why they have rejected. They should approve if it’s a big step up from the dose you are currently on.

One day it was approved, two days later rejected

My order that I placed with Asda on 15 August for a continuation pack (one 7.5mg pen and one 10mg pen) was approved this afternoon and will apparently be delivered by DPD before noon tomorrow. So that is a relief and hopefully others who are still waiting will receive updates imminently. Still no news on post-1 September pricing, but hopefully that means that they are in active negotiations for some sort of reductions.🤞
