Has anyone started on a micro dose of mounjaro? How many clicks?

I can’t seem to find out how many clicks to microdose my pen to avoid side effects. 😓

It would not be prescribed in the UK for a weight loss of 16lb, @MrsAMB77. In the USA some doctors are prescribing it to non-obese people for anti-inflammatory effects etc via compounding pharmacies.

I had five stone to lose, lost almost two so far; now on 4mg per week.

Glad it's working for you. And that you got sign off from endocrinology. I may well end up microdosing (ie dose less than 2.5) myself during maintenance, so I'm not disagreeing with anything you've said, I was just trying to help @MrsAMB77 think through some of the issues and why she was considering this at the start, from a position of perhaps not fully understanding the prescribing rules, understanding side effect prevalence, etc.
