It's in the fridge and I'm going to take the plunge on Monday!
Feeling really nervous about it all. Anyone due to start next week too?

So I felt a little bit wobbly this morning which seems to be the case on the first morning post injection

I’ve got an office day coming up next week which would either be the hard click dose, or a 5mg dose. I’m wondering if it might be an idea to switch to Sunday injection so that if I’m feeling iffy it’s on a day I’ll be at home, won’t be travelling on.

I've fallen off the wagon a bit over the weekend. Too much booze Saturday night (i haven't drank in ages) and hangover food Sunday. I'll not be doing that again in a hurry, I felt TERRIBLE.

Somehow though I've lost weight!

SW: 14st 2lbs
Wk 1: -2lbs
Wk 2: stayed the same
Wk 3: -2lbs
CW: 13st 12lbs

Very happy to be in the 13s!

Hoping to manage the bonus dose along with dose 4 tonight 🤞

Like @SallySunrise I had a bad week… was away travelling and found it hard to make good choices, also had a few glasses of wine which stacks on the calories. I am optimistically saying I stayed at the same weight but I think in reality might even have gained 0.5kg. Desperate to make it below the 80kg mark next week so going to double down on my efforts!

I have also realised that I will definitely need to go up to 5mls next time as I am starting to get the food noise back a bit. I did my last dose of pen 1 last night instead of tonight and I had barely any “bonus” in there, it was about 2 clicks - I could see a tiny bit more in there but I don’t think I could do the syringe / needle thing so I just chucked it.

Well done on the great loss! 5kg is amazing… I changed my day and it doesn’t seem to have been a problem.

Amazing losses everyone.

Weigh in day for me -
Start weight = 13st 4
Wk 1 - 12st 11 (-7)
Wk 2 - 12st 9.5 (-1.5)
Total lost = 8.5 lbs pretty pleased as I was on holiday last week, never lost weight on holiday before!!! Still had a great week and ate out several times. The main difference for me is I’m not snacking. I’ve always thought if I could stop snacking I wouldn’t be overweight. Mounjaro where have you been all my life!

Would love to know how people get on with 5mg.

Monkey I have bruised every injection but one.

Unknown dosage this week as I forgot to check what was in the bonus dose and just took it on top of my 2.5mg 🫢 feeling fine however.

Calorie intake is purely food.
I don't do much exercise to be honest, just the odd walk here and there. Something I'm hoping to build on as I feel a bit more comfortable in my skin.

Morning - on 12 pounds loss today..last 2,5 injection this Friday. I decided to move to Zava from Voy as it's much cheaper but it's really hard to get them to approve. My BMI is now borderline overweight not just obese, I had to send them so many photos including my digital scales 2 week results to show my initial starting weight and the box with the 2.5 prescription to prove my original weight. Just a heads up for anyone who's thinking of moving. Might be easier to do whilst you're a bit heavier.. took a week to approve and finally agreed yesterday.

This is tricky! One for us all to negotiate as we go down the scales.

Be a good taster for 5mg as probs my nearly that much, if yours still had a lot in like mine.

I had a terrible sleep after injection 4 last night and totally exhausted today however the suppression is real, I have only had scrambled eggs today and not one bit hungry. Sticking with the 2.5mg for next four weeks I don't think I'm ready to up my dose just yet so thanks for sending code will order from Zava! 🤗

I want to move to a cheaper provider but I'm worried they won't accept me as my BMI is now lower

Dose 4 & bonus dose done! Just needed a firm twist for the 2nd shot.

Crossing everything that the side effects aren't too bad! I've taken some gaviscon and I'm having an early night.

Are most people combining the ‘bonus dose’ with week 4 or am I reading that incorrectly? I had planned to take week 4 tomorrow and the bonus as a standalone next Wednesday but now I’m wondering…

I’ve done it as a sort of halfway bonus between my 4th 2.5ml and my 1st 5ml. I’m hoping it’ll make the step up feel more gradual.
