Hi Spooky, welcome to your wegovy journey. I'm 8 weeks in, 15lbs down. I did the month on 0.25, couldn't buy a 0.5mg pen for anything reasonable so bought a 1mg pen and counted clicks for 0.5mg dose for 2 weeks. Then upped to 0.75mg for the last two weeks. Will continue at that rate for now.

I'm happy with the rate of weight loss. The food noise has gone. The sugar cravings, particularly, have gone. I haven't been exercising yet although I have a fairly active life. I must crack on with some cardio and strength stuff though. I haven't been on a strict diet, I make better choices with regard to the salad and veg that I choose more of now but my appetite is reduced as well. I don't eat until lunch, normally. Don't need too much to fill me up. I do feel hungry sometimes but it doesn't bother me at all, just like any other physical feeling that comes and goes. I haven't had any side effects except some tiredness sometimes but then I'm peri-menopausal so I'm used to having to function when I'm knackered. 😆 Good luck in your journey.
